Vacation rentals with lake access in Groveland

Buddha Retreat is lovely, comfortable, spacious and our host was attentive and generous. The home is very close to the entrance of Yosemite(30 minutes), and it is an hour and 15 minutes total to get to the Yosemite Valley from Buddha Retreat where most of the major sites are. We all felt that we had been taken 'care of' and that our experience surpassed our expectations. I think that is all you can hope for when you are away from your own home. We had discovered a couple of things that we thought we needed to share with our host for future guests and thought that our host would take in this information and correct it for the future guests, but instead it was dealt with immediately. It was surprising at first, but really was consistent with the superior attention that we had already received. I think you will be very pleased. We were.

Absolutely happy with our recent stay at this place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided help needed. The home was spotless and exactly as described, if not better. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made making food easier and quicker. Also, beds were comfortable, ensuring that we had a great night's sleep every night. I highly recommend this place my family arrived happy and left happy

Alaina's cabin is paradise. Gorgeous setting looking over Pine Mountain Lake. Beautiful space inside. Our family of 7 enjoyed all the rooms and amenities. Kayaking and paddle boarding. Playing board games on the deck. Meals at the large dining table. It was perfection and I highly recommend! Alaina answered all questions quickly and with kindness. 10/10

This place is on another level of beauty and privacy. Showed up. Gate was open. The ac was already on. Place was spotless. Ice maker full with ice (huge win!!) Sit on the deck and just take in the best view around. I gotta to hang for a few min at club red. The kayak around the lake was amazing. This is a top notch compound. Incredible the paradise they have built in the middle of nowhere!! Only negative was I had to leave. Thanks Joyce and tony for your hospitality. I will be back!!!

Such a beautiful place to stay!! We loved being able to stay here and be able to drive up to Yosemite for day trips! The hosts were super friendly as well.

So glad we stayed here. The game room was great! So many games and things to stay busy with activities. Nice big comfy couch where the whole family enjoyed Christmas movies. Kitchen has everything you need plus more. Closet stocked with towels. Excellent views from all around.

This cabin was perfect. It was our first AirBNB and Rachel’s cabin set the bar of the charts! It will be a definite hard retreat to beat for other places that we’ll look at in the future. She left us needing nothing but food in the fridge. The cabin is the size of our house, so it seemed like we were right at home. I would definitely recommend staying here. Next time we’re in the area, we’re going to book this beautiful cabin again. Thank you so much for everything, Rachel. You are a true gem!!!

This home was perfect for our family get away! Great location and super close to the perfect beach for families with small children. We will definitely be back for more Pine Mountain Lake fun.

Stormy’s place was great. The parking down on the main road was perfect and also being walking distance to everything in the town was something you don’t get often if you stay in shaver much.

The loft unit was perfect for the two of us. Will say there was a little confusion on arrival but in all fairness, we arrived around 1am. Everything was amazing and clean. Some cobwebs outside but you are in the woods and the bugs were not that bad, this was the first warm weekend coming out of winter. We were fortunate to also have access to the boat dock. While we did not have a boat we enjoyed some time relaxing on the water and even a quick swim in the lake. The property is very close to The Pines which has food and some shopping. The location made for a great weekend away!

Great value, and I really enjoyed the place - good natural light, clean, and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place for elderly or disabled, due to the uneven walkway and tight stairs up to the place. Kitchen could certainly more well stocked, so be aware if you plan on cooking. Other than that it's my favorite place I've stayed at in Shaver.

A charming and cozy private studio! It felt warm and welcoming, just like home. The setup was well thought out, and the bed was very comfortable. The host provided great local recommendations during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Overall had an amazing time and Jamahli was very quick with responding if there were any questions. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy. Such a beautiful home and area with an amazing view, especially during sunset! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing trip, this is definitely a great place to stay at with amazing hosts! :)

A great cabin if you are looking for a little get away from near by cities or traveling internationally to head to Yosemite. Booked this lovely cabin for a birthday weekend with the girls. Very spacious. Used the full kitchen to be able to bake a cake and have a wholesome dinner made. TWO BATHROOMS!! Just a little heads up, neighbors are very close by and not as secluded (closed off) as we thought but that’s okay! We ended up making friends with a neighbor close by anyway & overall great experience.

This place was perfect for our Anniversary get away! We were able to spend a day at Yosemite riding E-bikes and spend the next day on the lake. We received a discount to rent a boat because of our host and enjoyed the hot tub at the end of each day! There are many restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store, and a fun friendly bar close by. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at this Pine Mountain Lake home and it was just as great as we remembered. The house is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. We went fishing for the first time, rented a paddle boat at the marina, and indulged in the soft serve (don’t skip it!). The kids loved spotting deer and the whole place has such a peaceful, family-friendly feel. The hosts are very responsive and made everything easy. Already looking forward to our next stay!

This place is absolutely fabulous with a lake view! We were greeted by Ben, who was wonderful and gave us the white glove walk through of the unit and the areas. The location is the best. It’s within 2 min walk of everything you need (grocery store, souvenir shop, restaurants, bar). The locals here are extremely friendly. The unit is equipped with a fireplace and hot tub, great for nighttime hangouts. Enjoy your cup of coffee on the front porch. Tom, the owner, is so impressive, he is a local for 30+ year building his business which includes this Airbnb and boat rentals and restaurants/bars. Helping to support the community and hiring incredible people to run it all. Highly recommend you rent a boat if you stay her, you get 10% off. We loved it so much, we are already planning our next trip here!

This is a really nice property to stay at. It accommodated my friends and I when we wanted to visit Yosemite.

We’ve stayed with Gerson and BethAnn twice now. And we have enjoyed it both times. It’s a great place to make life long memories with my family. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Melissa provided great recommendations and was very responsive whenever we had a question. It’s about a 50 min drive from the cottage to the entrance of Yosemite.
