Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Lovely apartment in Ludwigshafen

Relax in this quiet and bright accommodation, approx. 40 square meters, on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub is available. In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

The lovingly maintained, cozy and spacious accommodation is located in the quiet Karl-Marx settlement in Worms and can accommodate 3-4 persons (1 double bed, 2 single beds, a sofa). The listing is particularly suitable as a holiday apartment for a small family/group. The city center of Wormser is only 6 km away and can be reached with a good connection (the next bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance). You can also enjoy extensive walks in nearby parks next to it.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic vacation. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on the outskirts of town. You have separate access to the apartment. The partial area of the garden with covered terrace is exclusively available to you. The Barbarossa cycle path is very close. 4 km away begins the German Wine Route, the Nibelung city of Worms is only 12 km away. Various opportunities to taste the Rhinehessian and Palatinate wines pleasantly round off your vacation days.

Charming apartment

The charming apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers our guests a maximum of peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Vacation home "Pfalz" in Grünstadt

Our apartment is centrally located in the green city surrounded by vineyards, above our shop "Das Stoffatelier," directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone. From here you can easily explore the area. By car, bike or public transport you can quickly get to the next wine village. Due to the central location on the pedestrian zone, you can quickly reach various shops and localities on foot. Tourist information is about 100 meters away.

The beautiful wine village of Bissersheim has very special charm & in just 4 km march through the magnificent vineyards welcomes you, that beautiful and historic wine village of Freinsheim. Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.
