The location is ideal as a starting point for both summer and winter activities. For skiing, we offer unique discounts on ski passes. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

The house is the ideal starting point for hikers, climbers, cyclists, skiers. In the immediate vicinity are the artists' town of Gmünd, the Katschberg, the Goldeck and Lake Millstatt.

Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
