Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The apartment on the first floor with approx. 85 m² offers guests up to 6 people enough space to enjoy a relaxing stay. The feel-good kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table and a wood-burning stove. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, toilet and bathroom separated. Cross-country skiers have direct access to the trail. The ski resort can be reached in 2.5 km by ski bus. For hikers and cyclists we are centrally located.

The holiday apartment Mountain Suite No°202 with step-free access and amenities is located in Großarl and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 38 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating 3 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Furthermore, you have access to a shared sauna. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. It is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. Good public transport connection, about 700 m from the main road, train station and bus stops. The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
