Whether you are travelling alone, with your dog, loved ones, family, children or friends - here you will find everything your heart desires: For a relaxing break or active holidays full of adventure and discoveries. The idyllic fenced garden is at our guests' disposal, cycle paths and hiking trails start directly at the house.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Vacation in the Steinhuder Meer recreational area

The vacation apartment is located in the local recreation area Steinhuder Meer in a 2-family house on the 1st floor. It is a 3-room apartment of about 100 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The terrace by the living room invites you to have breakfast and relax. Everyone is welcome here. We also look forward to children. Children up to 3 years free, up to 5 years €7.00, crib and highchair are available.

Cozy apartment with sauna by the Steinhuder Meer

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Our cozy and well-equipped cottage is located in the countryside in the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park. Relax on the terrace overlooking the natural garden or explore the surroundings by bike and on foot. At Steinhuder Meer you will find many leisure activities, restaurants and cultural offerings. Poggenhagen has an S-Bahn connection that makes it possible to get to the beautiful state capital of Hanover by public transport (30 min. travel time).

Vacation home / fitter's apartment

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Vacation apartment in Edelhof

The small apartment in our historic half-timbered house is renovated with natural building materials. It has an entrance area with kitchenette and dining table. From this, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the combined living-sleeping room. There is a double bed and the sofa bed, so that possibly even four people can stay overnight. The apartment is not accessible due to several steps and a high door threshold.

Ferry house, with a view.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. Canoe tours, Lake Steinhude or our Airbnb discovery for fishing enthusiasts are available on the Leine. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.

A tiny house is available for rent in the Steinhuder Meer recreational area (Mardorf) The cottage is located on a quiet side street. The promenade is within walking distance. 10-15 minutes. There is a forest right outside the door. Behind the house is the bike path around Steinhuder Meer, so you can start right outside the front door. Daily necessities are easily reached on foot or by bike.
