With bike shelter, e-bike charging stations and private parking space - perfect for cyclists, nature lovers and explorers!

The HOCHwasser vacation home is a special retreat with breathtaking 360° views over the lake and fields. Relax in the sauna or on the sheltered patio with a fire pit, barbecue, and lounge furniture. Downstairs: bedroom, bathroom and sauna. On the 2nd floor, there is a kitchen with a large dining table and a suspended sleeping bunk. In the attic, there is a cozy lounge area with a large couch, TV, Bluetooth sound system, and a mirror ball – perfect for special evenings.

Our apartment "Elfriede" offers you a bathroom with a spacious shower, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a living area with a kitchen, sofa bed and dining area. Our café courtyard invites you to linger.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located home. The home has a small kitchen with 2 hobs, oven with integrated microwave and sink. Large daylight bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. One room with large double bed, electric relaxing armchair, TV with internet connection. If necessary and for a small fee, the washing machine in the laundry room can also be used. Free parking is available right in front of the house.

The immediate vicinity offers parking and shopping. From the kitchen window you have a beautiful view of Colditz Castle. You are also welcome to use the cozy barbecue area by the garden pond and relax. Price listed is for 2 people. Each additional person costs €20 extra.

It is the model house of the company Hejmo Homes in Grimma, which produces tiny and modular houses between 25 and 120 m² of usable space.
