Separate residential unit in the attic of our apartment building. Ideal accommodation for city travelers, concert or trade fair visitors. Nature enthusiasts can go on a discovery tour in the Kanupark, Auenwald and Stadthafen, the zoo and the Leipzig Lake District. Good transport links to the city and the surrounding area. I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

The room was very nice and comfortable, with everything beautifully prepared for our stay. Kathy was a great host – very communicative, always quick to respond, and extremely helpful. The neighborhood is lovely, with lots of great restaurants and bars around, and the city center is only about a 20-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

A washing machine is positioned in a corner of a tiled laundry area. The unit features a top-loading design with control buttons on the lid. Surrounding walls are covered in white tiles, contributing to a clean and functional space.

I spent 2 nights over the weekend with Michaela and felt totally comfortable. Michaela's daughter personally welcomed me and there was always someone approachable and on site. Either Michaela or her daughters. Everyone in the family are super nice and open. The house is exactly as described. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable and it is quiet. I had the bathroom across from my room to myself! The dogs are very nice and well behaved. It was pleasantly clean, but of course, 3-4 dogs leave a few hairs. I had nice and casual conversations with Michaela and had breakfast in the sun on the terrace. There is a bus stop around the corner. The bus runs about once an hour. I was there for my grandmother's birthday, so I always had family members who took me to other local shades if needed. I'd love to come back next birthday!

Heike is a friendly host. I was lovingly received and found everything as it was described. She is attentive and helpful at all times. The location of the apartment is very nice and I was able to take many nice tours with the house bike. Thank you for the time.

The property is in a very quiet location, but you can also get to Leipzig quickly. There are many grocery stores available. The furnishings of the apartment are of high quality. Everything is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nancy is super sweet and took great care of us. We were very happy to be her guest, and would be happy to come back.

Spacious and quiet place, clean and having everything for a group of up to 6 people. 15-20 minutes by car to Leipzig, easy enough to visit this beautiful city. Antje is a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.
