Хорошее расположение квартиры: рядом набережная, продуктовые магазины, овощная лавка и тц. До центра на такси минут 15, пешком по набережной около 30-40 минут. Очень отзывчивый хозяин: дал четкие инструкции по заселению, ответил на все интересующие вопросы. В квартире 2 спальни и большая кухня-гостиная. Отлично подходит для семьи. На кухне есть все необходимое: микроволновка, посудомойка, чайник, кофеварка и очень много посуды на любой вкус.

I had an amazing stay at Diana’s apartment in Batumi! The place was exceptionally comfortable — it had absolutely everything I needed for a perfect and relaxing stay. The interior design was beautiful and unique, which made the atmosphere even more special. Diana was a wonderful host — very kind, helpful, and responsive. She helped me get oriented in the city and gave great recommendations on what to see and do in Batumi. Her support made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended! My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. The bedroom is perfectly designed for restful sleep, as the curtains allow you to create complete darkness. A special thank you to the host—such a kind and well-mannered young lady. Absolutely wonderful space. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is. It has a beautiful view and all the amenities and details you would need for your stay. The location of the apartment is perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance from the beach and boulevard. The hosts were so kind and responsive. They even came over late in the evening to solve a few issues we were facing. Amazing people. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended.

I loved the apartment, the host is very attentive and responds fast. The location is great, close to the old town, but the building is fairly fresh. The apartment is well furnished and tastefully decorated. There is a small balcony for a coffee and a cigarette if you're into it. As of May 2025, no construction going on near the windows, which is a big plus in Batumi. However, be aware that there is a big road construction going on on the way to the sea from the apartment. It doesn't affect your accomodation at all, but it makes your walk to the sea a little longer.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Отличный дом, в котором с комфортом размещались две семьи (5 взрослых и 3 детей). Прекрасное расположение среди сосен, в непосредственной близости к морю (пляж за территорией - 30-40 метров от дома), потрясающий вид из окна на море, гамаки, лежаки, чистый песчаный пляж с плавным заходом и без избыточного количества людей. Тихое место (рядом нет кафе и ресторанов). На большой террасе можно прекрасно проводить время с друзьями. Для детей есть небольшие развлечения: качели и маленькая горка. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и техника (плита, духовка, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина и др.). На территории имеется парковка для машин и мангал. Валерия всегда была на связи и очень быстро отвечала и помогала с разными вопросами и просьбами. Большое спасибо за прекрасный летний отдых!

Apartamento novo, moderno e muito bem localizado, perfeito para uma estadia confortável. Além da proximidade com mercados e restaurantes, o prédio conta com uma loja de bolos e café, o que foi um grande diferencial. A experiência foi ótima, e com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Recomendo!

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Апартаментом вполне довольны. Апартаменты возле стройки. Перед окнами левее кран стоит. Если Вы заселяетесь не пополняют ни туалетной бумагой, ни шампунем, ни мылом. Можно было за умеренную сумму пополнить. К сожалению, у меня не было шампуня, только гель для душа.

Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
