The apartment was perfect. Clean, without any smell etc. The sofa and bed were clean and comfortable. you can find everything you need. There are enough kitchenware, other necessary stuff such as hair dryer, vacuum cleaner,iron ,etc. Everything was well-thought out. The host Giga was very friendly and nice person. He even allowed us to check-out later as we were with a baby and it was comfortable for us to stay at apartment before flight. The location was good - not far from sea side. However, a litle bit noizy place. But it can be easily solved with closing windows. I am fully satisfied with our stay at this apartment.

I really liked it at Maria's, - a hospitable hostess, she will easily tell you everything you need to see. A beautiful neighborhood with old courtyards, many restaurants for every taste, five minutes' walk to the beginning of the boulevard and the shore. Wherever you go, there is beauty. Among the disadvantages - now there is a renovation of this area, here and there the streets are blocked with scaffolding. But where it has already been restored - it looks very beautiful. I have very positive impressions, I will come back again.

This charming apartment in the heart of Old Batumi truly exceeded all expectations. Just steps away from the beach, cozy cafés, and historical sights, it's the perfect base for discovering the city’s unique atmosphere. The apartment is clean and tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the balcony overlooking a picturesque street—it’s the ideal spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Giorgi is a thoughtful and responsive host who made me feel right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the authentic soul of Batumi in full comfort.

A newly renovated apartment with a very spacious and comfortable kitchen, comfortable beds, a good terrace to relax and enjoy the old Batumi and its charm. It is on the 4th floor with an elevator. Very good location. There is a supermarket on the building's ground floor. The apartment was very clean. Owner Lina was always on hand and willing to help if necessary.

Teona’s Airbnb was cozy and squeaky clean! Definitely worth every penny we paid. Special shout out to Teona’s Dad! Though we didn’t know each other’s language, he made us feel welcome. He was warm, helpful, extremely friendly (and a fellow Raj Kapoor fan!). Would recommend this place 10/10! ❤️

I had a great 3 weeks in the apartment. It’s good both for short and long-term stays: fully equipped kitchen, heating, comfortable bed, nice balcony. It was warm even in winter. It’s located near the city center with lots of good restaurants and shops. Tamuna was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Lela’s place feels just like home! It has everything you might need and more — you can cook, you can chill in a big balcony all day long even during a heavy rain, and all this breathing fresh sea air! The location is perfect to explore the city as well as to enjoy the seaside or the tranquility of the nearest park with the cutest pond. There’re a lot of nice places to eat nearby, and the food delivery from everywhere is quite fast. Most importantly, Lela is one of the best hosts I met over the years on Airbnb! She is so welcoming and caring as if you are visiting family or a friend. I’ll definitely stay at hers whenever I come back to Batumi! ❤️

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Everything went great, very kind hosts Met us from the airport and helped us get to the house. The houses are cozy, clean, there is a lot of greenery, a pleasant garden. The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.

I had a great time in Batumi, thanks to Madona. She’s incredibly helpful and friendly. The room is spotless and fully equipped, more than you could ask for. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to Europe Square. Check-in and check-out are effortless, she is always there to help!

The apartment was simply great – beautifully decorated, cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee – a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

I am staying withe friends and we r total 4 couple and 3 adults child , her house is 20 km far from Batumi city , the city name is chakavi, if u enjoy your holiday with your friends to perfect place to stay if u enjoy night clubs and some like that then u stay in Batumi city , if u have car so must u stay in this house its front of beach , beach is only 10 to 15 minutes by walk , we r enjoy our stay ,

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to the sea. The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

the vacation was at the highest level. Lovely location of the apartment, in the center of Old Batumi, great atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance. I stayed with children, it was comfortable. The apartment is clean and good.
