Vacation rentals with a patio in Grenada

party of 2, we visited for 2 nights. our flight was delayed, hosts checked in via telephone and waited around until approx 10 30 pm to welcome us. The place was pristine, as described, with all the amenities. I forgot my toothpaste but that was ok, since a new one was provided. There was water, juice and milk in the fridge, for which we were grateful since we got in to late to have a proper dinner, plus assorted teabags and sugar. We were able to walk to town, and catching a bus back was easy. the bus fare was $2.50 one way. Nicholas and his wife were very pleasant, and did not get in our way at all. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed my stay. Beautiful view, spacious apartment, and not too far from the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Grenada is a beautiful Island and staying at this accommodation made the stay really nice. The accommodation was so well thought out in terms of screens on windows and doors which made mosquitoes access minimal, meaning not many bites. Mosquito bites can really impact ones comfortability so I was so happy with thoughtfulness. Insect repellent and bug spray was too provided by the host this was so nice of them to do. When staying in Grenada it is good to have vehicle due to the hills which give you amazing views. We drove so visit different parts of the island from the accommodation was so easy as it close to most key tourist spots. Beautiful Island, lovely accommodation. I hope to return soon and definitely recommend a stay at this apartment.

Was so comfortable and an amazing veiw. Enjoyed getting out of the hustle and bustle but then with a little bit of exercise to get down the hill to catch the frequent busses to get into town was welcomed….

Eddy’s Airbnb was great and he was a brilliant host. He was very flexible in terms of check in and went the extra mile by picking us up from town. The instructions and local recommendations he gave us were very helpful. The property was very well maintained and was exactly as described. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at his Airbnb and would highly recommend

what a find. The mini buses run just outside to town, St George - 10 mins away. the beach is just 10 mins walk and the restaurants on the beach are great. I spent many an evening watching the sun go down. I can't recommend it enough.

I don’t know where to start! From the beginning to the end it was fabulous it’s a perfect home from home apartment me and my family did not want to leave! Spacious clean and so much added extras. Even better than the pictures the apartment has everything you could possibly need plus more. We walked (with two children and a 4 month old baby) to and from Grans Anse daily! The location for us was spot on. BBC beach is 5mins away beautiful sensory and just all in all just fantastic. Zena as a host was magnificent nothing was too much we will 100% be back next year.

If you are browsing and this place is available- you can stop looking. Really. This home is amazing. My husband and I live in Grenada and decided to book here while the parents were in town visiting. The four of us and our two pups had TONS of room to spread out. And for the times we all wanted to spend together there was ample communal space as well. You absolutely should have a rental car if staying here…there isn’t really anything within walking distance. But it’s only a half hour from the airport and is in a fantastic location if you are the explorer type. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed. Everything we needed was right there. AC is only in the bedrooms but there is such a fantastic breeze we stayed cool in the common areas. The host was easy to get ahold of and was very friendly. It was a wonderful stay and already daydreaming about going back.

The location was ideal for me as a split business/vacation traveler. It is less than 5 mins away from everything - supermarket, pharmacy, mall, restaurants, market, tourist sites, transportation. We slept sound in the rooms, no noise from traffic even though the road is like 40 meters away. You hear nothing! We felt safe and secure at all times. Unit is small, clean and cozy just like the pictures. You are in the heart of the city so you get the vibes and true reflection of all that is the spice isle! It's felt like home.

Perfectly designed bungalow for a family stay! The rooms were spacious with powerful ceiling fans and air conditioning, making them very comfortable. There was plenty of storage for clothes and luggage, which was super convenient. The bathrooms had large showers with great water pressure. The kitchen was well-stocked—even had glass Tupperware, which came in handy. The laundry room was perfect for washing and drying clothes—no more damp swimwear! It’s a great place if you're staying for a while and want to feel at home. It’s worth noting that the bungalow is right in the heart of the hustle and bustle, which is ideal if you want easy access to excellent restaurants, shopping, and one of the best beaches in the world right on your doorstep. The host was very pleasant, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Mondel’s villa. He was an excellent host - great communicator, very responsive and helped with local recommendations. Mondel was there to greet us and show us around. The house was spotless and well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing with a fabulous pool, outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. Thank you for a fabulous stay! :)

Our stay at Prospect House was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the wonderful hosts, Wendy and Dominic. The property offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, especially during sunset—an absolute treat for the eyes. Even without renting a vehicle, we had no trouble getting around, as Dominic graciously acted as our driver and tour guide. He ferried us to various destinations and was always there to pick us up after our adventures. Despite our insistence, he kindly refused any payment for his time and effort. If you ever have the chance to visit the charming island of Carriacou, don't miss out on the serene tranquility and stunning beauty that comes with staying at Prospect House. Thanks for making our stay amazing!

Another Fantastic Stay! This was our second time staying at Aliz Paradise, and We couldn’t be happier! Just like our first visit, everything was perfect. The space is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We are visiting after Carriacou was hit by hurricane Beryl (July 2024) and it’s great to see so many things are back up and running. Carriacou is definitely ready to welcome visitors. Our host was amazing—always so welcoming and attentive to any needs we had. We truly felt at home. We appreciated the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, from the thoughtful amenities to the helpful local recommendations. We had another fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return again! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting getaway. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Nathan's property on Edwards Street is a Go To when we have guests visiting Grenada. The home is very well appointed with top end appliances in the kitchen, A/C throughout the house, and the rooftop deck is "icing on the cake". Nathan is always responsive and makes it easy to stay there and feel at home.

Amazing space, beautiful views, extremely spacious and very comfortable. There was five in my group and we all loved the place. Highly recommend the condo.

Elegant Rays Apartment is a perfect place to live while experiencing Grenada. We stayed at Rachel's for two months. The shops and beach of the Grand Anse area are within walking distant (10 - 20 min). The apartment has a lovely shaded two sided deck to sit outside on and enjoy the view of the sea, Quarantine Point and the sunsets. Rachel is really a great host, close by if anything needs addressing and very focused on making your stay enjoyable. We found the neighbourhood to be welcoming and friendly. Ask about the local baker and try her cheesecake! As is in most island neighbourhoods, you will hear a few roosters performing their morning rituals and dogs barking occasionally, however it is much quieter than staying along the chaotic Grand Anse road and it's traffic noise.

This is a very nice place, and although no view, it is just a very short walk to the beach. We also walked less than a mile to grocery store and ATM, and to catch the bus. Grand Anse Beach access is just a short walk from condo. There is a hill to climb, and it is warm- but usually nice breeze, with path or sidewalk most of way. Jacqui took care of a few things we needed very promptly and arranged taxi ride to airport.

This was our second time staying here and this time we stayed for 2 weeks. we loved it as per the first time stayed . Great experience, peaceful and quiet 10/10 . highly recommend! the only thing is the beach isn’t as near but if you have transportation it’s about a 5-10 min drive maybe less . there’s a nice shop down the road , few mins walk about 10 mins /3 min drive. where we were able to buy some light groceries there as well as food upstairs the grocery store . Some things weren’t working but with communication with the host , things were handled and fast too . Thank you waylan for letting us stay !!

Great place to stay in the true blue area. Close to magazine beach and other top beaches. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is new and very comfortable. The apartment is secure, quiet and private with the access remote only available to renters. Two large tvs, one in common area and the other in the bedroom. A great place to relax after long day. I would definitely stay again.

We urgently needed a place to stay with short notice. Becky responded quickly and was reassuring in making sure we had a place to stay. I highly recommend this beautiful place and loved the pool also.

Valeriia's place is located in a great location with both the beach and park a short stroll away. There was nothing better than waking up to the beautiful ocean view and breeze. There was rarely a need for the AC. The kitchen is small but has all the necessities to prepare meals for the whole family. Overall, the condo was comfortable and enjoyable, and the proximity to restaurants and supermarkets meant that nothing was far away. Valeriia's place made it easy to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors effortlessly. It was a pleasure to communicate with Valeriia and her team. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to many return visits!
