It is 10 minutes from Lake Ontario and a few parks. 10 minutes from downtown Rochester to participate in a variety of year round festivities. 20 minutes from Strong Hospital, movie theaters and more. On street parking that alternates every twelve hours or parking one street down with no time changes.
