This is a beautiful executive home with solarium, private patio backing onto green space. Centrally located and directly off Frame Lake Walking Trail, Downtown is a short 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet with plenty of street parking. You will have a private bedroom, a small living room, a sauna and two shared bathrooms in the downstairs area. The kitchen, dining room, big living room and solarium are located upstairs. *The house is shared with the hosts and other renters.

Northern Slice of Heaven

Many guests arrive to Yellowknife at 11:30 pm or earlier in the day. The check-in process is simple. Don’t worry about the late arrival even though this is a shared space. Just let me know if you need an early check as well. I am usually able to accommodate it. 10-minute walk to Yellowknife's Downtown and 15-minute walk to Old Town, the house sits in a quirky and safe neighbourhood of Yellowknife. It’s a cozy home away from home. Good for couples and solo adventurers.

Welcome to our cozy basement suite on a quiet street in beautiful Yellowknife. Our property backs onto a small lake with walking trails. Great northern lights viewing right outside your door. We live upstairs, but you have your own entrance, so can come and go as you please. Parking is available if required. Newly renovated kitchen in the suite with full amenities. We will provide a basic breakfast (cereal, toast, coffee, etc). We look forward to hosting you!
