Note: The studio has a shared entrance and is located next to the main house where the host resides.

Sabrina is beautiful inside and out. I felt safe with her and her husband. They are kind, peaceful and is available to assist when needed. I was advised not to stay at an Airbnb since I'm traveling solo. I am glad I didn't listen because I felt right at home. I am ready to go back St. Maarten and would definitely stay at Sabrina's again. The location is peaceful. The bedroom has dark curtains which makes the room cozy for a late morning sleep. I will recommend Sabrina's to anyone visiting St. Maarten 💕

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

My husband and I stayed at Franklin place for 9 days. This was nothing short of amazing. the place is clean, peaceful and the view when you open your door is breathtaking! Franklin is very nice and is always willing to help. The apartment is gated so you feel safe. on arrival, we were welcomed with snacks and drinks in our room. The room is well equipped with everything that you need. name it, the room has it. The laundry room is well equipped,and I was very happy I could do my laundry to return home with clean clothing. 10 mins away from the Town and in walking proximity you can find Cost-u-less a very big supermarket, kfc, subway, burger King, Auto depot. the location is the perfect location. Franklin lives upstairs and you will never know, not for once we heard talking or any noise from upstairs. When we are returning to SXM, we are definitely booking our stay at Franklin.

De cabanita is een fijn huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Het verblijf hier was echt heerlijk, genieten. Midden in het groen, een fijn zwembad om aan het einde van de dag nog even wat baantjes te kunnen trekken en de meest gastvrije host die me heeft geholpen om het mooie eiland te zien. Ik voelde me helemaal thuis en volledig opgenomen in de community. Ook de hond was prettig om om me heen te hebben. Ik zal een volgende keer op het eiland hier zeker weer verblijven.
