Cabin vacation rentals in Great Rift Valley

It is a beautiful, private, peaceful place at the foot of mount Meru in Ngurudoto Village. The Villa is spacious, cozy with excellent view of Mount Meru on the Rear and great view of Mt. Kilimanjaro on the front. All necessary utility were available, the villa comes with a chef and restaurant with great flexible food choices. The staff were very nice and responsive. The location is on a mountain, google map was pretty accurate but the host provided excellent guidance. Will defenately come again

Superb stay in this little haven of peace. The staff were extremely welcoming and flexible. The meals are very good and the view from the accommodation is incredible. For comfort, it's best to have a 4x4 for the 3 km of track that links the road to the accommodation.

Ol jorok cabins exceeded all our expectations and delivered an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, Sara went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. When we encountered car troubles on our way, she stepped in immediately, sending assistance and ensuring we were well taken care of. Her communication was flawless throughout. The cabins themselves are simply stunning—far better than the photos! The ambiance is serene and inviting, truly a home away from home. Surrounded by fresh air and absolute tranquility, it’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I can’t wait to return and will wholeheartedly recommend Ol Jorok Cabins to family and friends as the ideal getaway spot. A special mention goes to Peter, the chef recommended by Sara—he was absolutely incredible! Every meal was a delight, with top-notch flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed each day. Perfect location and affordable place near the beach, and very private for short or long term stay. Really loved the thought put into making the place very homely.

We was in the off season there … it was very private and the park was huge and at the private beach front was nobody. Thats what we where looking for. The whole aerea felt very safe, but you need an own car to enjoy it because its very quiet …

Glory was very responsive, kind and helpful in every regard. Her place was perfect for our family and the location was ideal for our flight from Arusha the following morning.

I really enjoyed my stay at Partrick’s place, the road is rough but the drive to the cabin is worth it. We even called wanting to extend our stay but the cabin was already booked! Joshua the chef is also such a nice touch, he made us super tasty meals, was always helpful and made sure the place was always clean. We’ll definitely be visiting again and I’d definitely recommend the cabin to anyone wishing to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city or connect with friends and family somewhere cozy. Please book if you have any hesitations , it’s worth the drive!

Extremely hospitable host, the space was way better than the photos. Cannot recommend it enough and I'll be sure to go back again whenever I'm in Nanyuki.

It was easy to go to Queen Elisabeth National Park from there. The host can help you arrange the trip there. There was hot and running water. The Wi-Fi works well. There are smaller shops nearby and the town Kasese nearby has everything you need (restaurants, supermarkets) and the town can be reached in about 10 minutes by Boda boda or car. The host is very nice and you may also join him to see the orphanage. Only downsides: it is a little bit dark inside (but you won't stay there much anyways because there is enaugh to do in the surroundings) and you should try to keep moskitos outside at night by not turning on the light and leaving the door open at the same time 🤗 We had a great stay and would come again.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön im Grünen gelegen und knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Wir wurden sehr gut versorgt und der guard, Sofia und Tequila waren sehr nett. Es gab einen Katzenwurf, der uns viel Freude bereitet hat. Um Paje zu erkunden, eine sehr empfehlenswerte Base.

Le lieu de vie créé par Duncan a été au-delà de nos attentes. La chambre était bien équipée, l'espace cuisine partagée super avec en plus un espace coworking et une salle de sport à disposition. L'équipe de Skippers était également très serviable. Nous recommandons !

Nous sommes très heureux de notre passage chez Andrew. C'est un endroit calme, apaisant avec un bel espace extérieur. La pièce principale est conviviale, les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avons pu faire une petite balade près du logement et accéder à un point de vue sur la vallée. Le caretaker est présent en permanence. Idem pour la sécurité. En revanche, si vous souhaitez travailler en distanciel (ce qui était notre cas), la wifi n'a pas fonctionné et il n'y avait presque pas de réseau mobile. Bref, un week-end de déconnexion totale!

Мы проделали длинный путь, и немного сами не поняли инструкции, но Томас и его команда были всегда на связи и очень помогли! Место - великолепное! Дом полностью соответствует и описанию и фото. Хотя мы и приехали позже, чем планировали, но увидели и волшебный африканский закат, и Килиманджаро во всей красе. Очень расслабляющее и красивое место! Томас порекомендовал шеф-повара, он готовил нам ужин и завтрак. Это была типичная кенийская еда, очень вкусно и очень много) Мы обязательно сюда вернемся! Это был потрясающий опыт, великолепное гостеприимство и все на высшем уровне! Спасибо!

Ben's place is paradise. I joked to him that his place is the Eden. We got there late; the place was very ready for us. A crackling fire set the warmth. It felt like a second honeymoon. I went to paradise and never wanted to leave.

The Naromoru Country Home was a delight to stay at! The big beautiful gardens and lawn were lovely. The house is old, but charming and big. There is plenty of space for a family or two to enjoy the stay. It's a very peaceful location, with views of Mt. Kenya, if the clouds clear.

Everything was great, very clean and organizied.
