Very clean accommodation in a nice environment. Terrace and balconies with beautiful views of the surrounding vegetation. Possibility to easily radiate from Nice to Antibes on the coast but also to easily access the hinterland (Grasse, Gorges du Loup, Pré Alpes...). Our host was a good tip on sightseeing nearby.

How can I say it... Big favorite for both the accommodation and the host. Raja is very warm, super responsive and attentive. I would recommend it without a second thought! Super well located accommodation close to Cannes, Nice, Grasse and plenty of other places to visit. We didn't want for anything, everything was PERFECT!

We spent a wonderful month at Isabelle’s place. She was so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. She felt like an old friend by the end of the month. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable, bright, airy, cool with great breezes, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and obviously well-loved and cared for. Isabelle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was there to meet us and say goodbye. The apartment was close to restaurants, shops and transport. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year to see our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment.

What a great apartment! You can’t get anything close to this from a hotel (they would be 2x the price!). Everything you need and a great balcony with a wonderful view! The location is in town, so everything is close, including the nightlife. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it all, this is the place for you!

Great communication and a lovely place, just as described. The views were fantastic and it was only a short walk to the sea. Very comfortable and stylish, with comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting the area easy access to Cannes too. Would stay again.

Excellent apartment for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature. We were on bicycles and the climb that leads to the house is quite challenging, but it was worth the effort. Beautiful terrace where we dined. Clean and welcoming environment. Recommended.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed our stay. Good location- 5 minutes from the beach and 5 min to a grocery store (and 2 min to a bread store!), and 10 min to the train station. Lots of natural light, and spacious. We enjoyed eating outside every night on the terrace. Quiet at night, and loved the free parking spot. Host was very responsive and gave us local recommendations.

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

Ideal apartment for a stay by the sea , very clean accommodation, ideally located close to shops . A bike path is at the bottom of the property to reach Nice or Antibes. The accommodation itself is very well appointed and convenient with private parking space. The bedding is comfortable. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks to Mylène and Gilbert.

A nice apartment that is just as shown in the pictures. Only in the kitchen I missed some utensils. Street parking was always available and there was usually a breeze on the terrace. In the evening, unfortunately, the mosquitoes joined us. The beaches in the area are very nice and we also liked some cities. Unfortunately, public transport ran only every hour on some routes in June.

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

I’m so glad I chose to stay at Kevin’s Airbnb. I’ve visited Grasse many times, and while the old town is charming, the traditional buildings often come with narrow staircases and less accessible streets. This place, however, is modern, secure, and gated—offering a real sense of comfort and safety. I especially loved the little terrace where I could enjoy my morning coffee in the sunshine. I’ll definitely be back if it’s available next time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Dominique and his wife were very friendly and helpful. My window was smashed in Nice and Dominique and his wife helped us temporarily cover the window with cardboard and a garbage bag. They even tried to get me a new windshield, unfortunately unsuccessfully, because it would have to be ordered and that would not have worked out in time. Since we were in the accommodation for 10 days, his wife even offered to wash our laundry. The place was really nice and had everything you need. The pool and the view were beautiful. If we were to go down again, we would definitely take the accommodation again. Thanks again to both of you

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here
