Estupenda ubicación, a 5 min. city-center, teterías, baños árabes, zambra, restaurantes y tiendas. Rodeado de naturaleza, peatonal, tranquilo y silencioso, pero vivo y auténtico. Habitación tipo suite, con baño completo dentro de la habitación, recién reformada. Mi hijo Leo se ha independizado y actualmente vivo con mi hija Belinda y aprovechamos para alquilar su habitación. En el centro de Granada, en un barrio que a pesar de estar a 5 minutos de la Catedral, no es turístico, es residencial, por lo que disponemos de todos los servicios necesarios. Zona peatonal, aunque se puede acceder con el coche para descargar, hay parking de pago alrededor. Sin ascensor, piso 1.

You have a full bathroom shared with another room. The house has a spectacular terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets accompanied by birdsong. We are on a pedestrian street so there is no car noise.
