Auto kann direkt vor der Eingangstüre geparkt werden. Gegebenenfalls auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Appartement befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof Rosenbach. Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt vor der Haustüre. Trotzdem sehr ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage. 12km nach Velden Wörthersee, 12km bis zum Faakersee.

Pustili smo vidne elemente lesa, ki so bili ohranjeni in jim vdahnili novo namembnost. Sprostite se v tem edinstvenem in mirnem bivališču. Apartma 1 je v pritličju, zraven vrta, kateremu zavetje daje star oreh s svojo košato krošnjo.
