The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

And yet only a 2-minute walk to the village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Innsbruck. We have renovated the old house for a long time and furnished a beautiful apartment in Alpine vintage style. No pets allowed. 1 parking space (video surveillance!). Waste separation required.

Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

There is an excellent public connection to Innsbruck and the ski resort. It is the perfect way to combine nature and city life.
