Meine 67 m2 große Unterkunft für max. 3 Gäste liegt direkt im Dorfzentrum von Götzens in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus in 15 min erreichbar (Haltestelle nur 2 min entfernt). In unmittelbarer Nähe sind 2 Schigebiete: die Axamer Lizum u. MuttererAlm! Im Sommer ist es perfekt zum wandern und biken mit tollen Einkehrmöglichkeiten! Metzgerei, 2 Bäckereien, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tiere nicht erlaubt. 1 Parkplatz (videoüberwacht!). Mülltrennung erforderlich.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Als wir vor vielen Jahren erstmals an diesem Ort mitten im Wanderparadies waren, ist es sofort um uns geschehen: der Geruch nach Naturwiese, die Ruhe des Waldes, Natur pur, die Ski- und Rodelpiste in unmittelbarere Nähe. Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet.
