HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Being in a quiet environment, it is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility and silence, but at the same time have the possibility of going to Barcelona in just twenty minutes by car or half an hour by public transport.
