Die schöne Altbauwohnung befindet sich im letzten Haus auf dem Rammelsberg mitten in der Natur und bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten für einen spannenden abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Goslar mit sowohl Stadt als auch Naturnähe. Du hast die wunderschöne Altstadt (lohnt sich sehr!) nicht weit entfernt, viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür, einen Wasserfall und See, eine Pizzeria im Haus und vor allen Dingen das schöne Weltkulturerbe Bergwerk direkt vor der Nase. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt!🏔️

Gemütliche FeWo, 45 qm, mit tollem Ausblick aus der 5. Etage. Die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer, Motorradfahrer oder für ein romantisches Wochenende zu Zweit. Die Kristall Saunatherme ist fast vor der Tür, genau wie der Wald, 2 tolle Badeseen im Ort die man auch zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Eine 5. Person kann im Notfall auf dem Sofa übernachten. Decke und Kissen müssen dann mitgebracht werden. Bäcker, Restaurants, Arzt und Apotheke im Ort. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Mit Blick auf die Grumbacher Teiche und an den Ausläufern des Bocksbergs gelegen, könnt ihr einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür. Der Badeteich liegt wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Ein Wasserspielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe lädt auch die kleinsten Entdecker ein, den Harz näher kennen zu lernen.
