A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

“Magnolia” Holiday ECO-Apartment Gordola

The building recently underwent an eco-friendly renovation : hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. This nice, comfortable, spacious (about 60 m²) and tastefully furnished apartment is at the ground floor of a two-family house located on the road leading into the stunning Valle Verzasca. The large terrace allows you to take advantage of the long summer evenings immersed in nature and tranquility.

Our Casa Rossa offers an in-law apartment with the Grottino. It is a 1-room studio, i.e. no separate rooms, see photos. For our guests, it is a space for retreat, relaxation, comfort, own kitchen, sunny living area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available). Everything is barrier-free and with an elevator. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In addition, you can walk to interesting mountain trails.

Casa Flora is in a great spot for anyone wanting to visit the Locarno area and its valleys on their own or by using only public transportation. It's just a 30 m from the station. Gordola is at the foot of the beautiful Verzasca Valley and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. It is also just a few minutes' walk to Lake Maggiore.
