Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Experience the most authentic rural life in South France.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you take a wrong turn to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is very clean and cozy.The Host's wife and husband are very kind people, and they will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two hunting dogs, I want to take them home ∠ (｀ω´*).

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

Thank you Alexandra for providing us with the listing, she provided everything you could think of for the guests staying, as well as things you couldn't think of, very thoughtful.I arrived at the residence very late, she kept in touch with me throughout the process, waiting for my arrival and patiently guiding me to check in.The room is clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment is safe.I will choose her again if I have the chance.

The apartment was a great spot to enjoy an amazing view of the harbour and was high up for a good breeze. Location was perfect for exploring the cities around the area. The place was clean and Hannah was responsive. We will miss this apartment and the hospitality. Only noteworthy things are that you need to be prepared to walk up 6 flights of tight stairs(which is mentioned in the preview) and the street below is very loud until about midnight.

Beautiful apartment. Very well furnished and VERY clean. I slept well on the sofabed, good pillows and mattress. Lovely rooftop pool. Balcony has a beatiful view over the sea. However, it is next to one of the main roads so there is quite a bit traffic noise. This is NOT a problem for sleep when the door is closed, but if you like to sit at a quiet balcony, maybe this is not the place for you. However, the apartment is close to the beach, restaurants and cafés. I loved “Le Petit Patio”. Also, beaches here seem less busy than Jean-Les-Pins area, which is nice. Easy to take bus and train to Antibes, Cannes etc.

We had a lovely 9 day stay at Petra’s beach getaway. We enjoyed the local restaurants & beach clubs. Les Cabines & SoBeach were our favorite. There is a U Express for groceries just a 5 min walk from the Airbnb. We purchased bread daily at the nearby Boulangerie Banette. We found the walk by the marina / port to be interesting with the beautiful boats and yachts coming and going. One day we kept on walking for an hour + to Antibes. The photos in Petra’s listing are accurate. Her home is tastefully decorated with a chic feel. Our favorite place to relax were her padded loungers on the patio. We found Petra to be responsive to our questions and truly appreciate her flexibility with check-in. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Pascal kindly met us in person earlier than the usual check-in time, explained us everything needed and shared with us good tips for the area. The location is best for people who prefer quiet and beautiful places (family place). There was everything we needed in the apartment. The view from the terrace is stunning. We had day trips to visit Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Menton, Antibes and it was good opportunity to combine travel with vacation. The beach is very close with fine sands and normal water level, clean and not crowded. The supermarket in the same residence is very good. There is a bus going from the airport to the residence, Pascal helped us with that. Allover, we recommend this apartment and Pascal as a host. Thank you Pascal!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Absolutely perfect! Even better than expected We were blown away by how stunning this place was. The apartment is beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and thoughtful details throughout. It felt like a luxury retreat. The outdoor space is lovely, with a beautiful terrace and hot tub. The location could not be better. It is just steps from the beach and a very short walk to the train station, which made it incredibly easy to explore the South of France. The port is right across the street, offering even more convenience for getting to gorgeous nearby destinations. We also really enjoyed the local restaurants, many of which are just a few minutes away on foot. This stay truly exceeded all of our expectations, and we will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We were very well received by the cottage available at the time of arrival. Other beautiful and clean apartment! All the composites were a nice haven of peace! We were able to make friends on site it's just beautiful People are smiling and friendly What struck us the most was the number of pharmacies and medical offices And restaurants Beautiful beaches. I think that access to the beach for PRMs must be received with the municipality! Both sides to the right provide an elevator Left also because at the little tunel No sidewalk so we drive on the 50m road with no visibility for motorists with pedestrians So dangerous for strollers and wheelchairs the Mayor must act🙏🙏🙏

We were expected upon arrival. The welcome was friendly. The apartment (3rd floor, small elevator) for two is clean, pleasant and well-equipped. The street, on the living room side, has a lot of traffic but the window insulates well from noise. The room, courtyard side, is small and overlooks the private parking, quiet. The parking space is very useful and suitable for a large car. The accommodation is very well located between Cannes and Nice. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Annie-Laure and Manuel are attentive and very responsive. The accommodation met our expectations.

Martine's apartment is very spacious and has a nice terrace, perfect for relaxing. The parking space in the underground parking lot was super convenient. The location of the apartment is ideal - in just 5 minutes you can reach the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Martine was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier we were able to communicate well. Small note: There is a washing machine, but no washing powder, so please bring your own. The same goes for salt and oil. The kitchen is well equipped, also with practical utensils such as a vegetable grater. All in all, we had a great stay!

Perfect experience. Great communication, very quiet flat, bed very comfortable. All inside the flat looks new and of good quality. Very spacious shower much appreciated!

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. The Appartement has Everything You need. Better than Hotel! Thanks!
