This apartment is located in the beautiful Weberviertel in Potsdam. Quiet on a small side street, centrally located. Within walking distance you can reach the S-Bahn, bus and tram and the Park Babelsberg. The apartment is ideal for families, smaller groups and business travelers. It can be rented both for a short time and longer term. Free parking is available in front of the house. The price does not include the 7.5% City Tax (payable in cash or by bank transfer via Airbnb).

Experience Potsdam skin close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential area directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam-Zentrum are about 3-5 km away from here and can be easily reached by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The apartment is located exactly where city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet secluded: Look forward to "Park Sanssouci" right on your doorstep (about 300 m walk). The cozy city center with the idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, whereby the path leads through the historic old town.
