Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.
