Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Gogebic County

This cozy cottage is such a nice stay! It is in a great neighborhood, and the neighbors are so kind and friendly and helped us shovel the driveway when we had snow during our trip. The house was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed- coffee, games, books, a snow shovel, Tupperware, plastic wrap, and even candy bowls. We felt right at home and will definitely be back!

The communication was clear and timely, and they provided helpful, detailed information throughout our stay. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Loved it! We were there for four days, and it was cozy! The doors are similar to barn doors and they slide, which we thought was cool. Everyone talks about the shower in the sauna—it’s not as confusing as they make it seem. The instructions in the listing are clear and simple. We came from my S/O’s house and so I had to run some laundry and Mackenzie was super helpful when I couldn’t figure it out. My only complaint is the floor in the sauna was mildly uncomfortable to stand on, but that can be easily avoided with shower shoes or flip flops :)

WE were in the area for work. Great place to stay with everything we needed to accommodate us for the week. Great communication from Nancy which made everything from check in to check out a breeze. Would stay again!!

Beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet location right on Lake Superior and totally surrounded by nature. Jason’s thorough communications were much appreciated. We’d love to visit again!

We were all in agreement, WOW! Value, cleanliness, convenience items on hand, great bed-bedding-towels, washer/dryer with detergent, more than we expected by a mile. This place was more than perfect for snowmobile trips and we'd expect the same for ATV-UTV'ing. Super responsive at all times and you can see the pride and ownership of this wonderful property.

Very quiet, comfortable and pet friendly! Hosts were amazing and very responsive to answering questions and accommodating any requests we had. Tiny little town, decent pizza next door. Beautiful access to trail to walk pretty much out the back door. Highly recommend!!

Another great stay in the Northwoods! Thank You Tony and Ms. Rita for the beautiful house and location. We appreciate the stay! A friend and I came up for 500+ miles of riding in the Michigan U.P. and our first go around in Wisconsin. Easy access, easy truck and trailer turn around and awesome private access to the trails. Hemlock Haven was an absolute gem to stay at. The place was very nice, with really nice furnishings and very well stocked. The drive in is just gorgeous and very private. We walked our dog off leash daily and never ran into anyone. Felt like we had the world to ourselves. Fishing was pretty good too. We caught walleye, perch, northern and a few small Muskie. Bob was so helpful and gave us lots of tips and places to try out. The out door deck in the back is so cool and where we spent lots of time cooking, eating, and listening to music. We never turned on the tv once! It is tight to go up to the master bedroom which is accessed by a spiral staircase. We stayed in the bunk room because we didn’t want to leave our senior dog downstairs alone in a strange place, so we had to bring our luggage upstairs as there really isn’t anywhere to put anything downstairs. It was impossible to get my luggage up but managed to move some stuff around and make it work. This was the only negative! 5 stars!

Nice cabin in a quiet location with plenty of room for the dogs to run. it worked out great for our stay.

We did a spring break ski trip to Snowriver. We loved the easy ski in and ski out to the main hill. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was just as listed. We felt at home here.

Always a great stay on Long Lake in Mercer. I have so many great memories of this place over the last 40 years that I have been coming there. Was sorry that the original owners sold Lucky's Resort, but was ecstatic that we could now rent one of the Cabins.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay while visiting the area to explore hiking trails and waterfalls. The campfire is stocked with wood and kindling and is private. The hot tub is a great way to wind down the day and look up at the stars. Despite the heat, the AC kept the cabin cool. We would definitely stay there again.

Hannah’s place was gorgeous, comfortable, functional and clean. The location was amazing for nature lovers although we were just as happy relaxing at the house! I definitely plan to return in the future because we had such a great experience.

Great spot and close to everything. The fenced in yard was great for our active pup and the hot tub was terrific! Beds were comfy!

We had a fantastic stay at Rob’s condo at Snowriver! The place was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The ski-in/ski-out access made our trip super convenient, and Rob was a great host, communicating clearly and promptly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski getaway!

Wedel Haus was a great little triplex unit that is super close to Snow River's Jackson Summit. There are other cabins around, but it is a very quiet neighborhood. The cozy indoor gas fireplace and outdoor hot tub on the deck were perfect for our ski weekend. The hot tub and deck area are shared so there is a fair amount of communal outdoor space. Having friends rent the other units is a nice option. There is plenty of parking and it is easy to find.

Timbuktu Chalet was very spacious, clean, many amenities, and beautiful. We had 5 adults, 1 toddler, and dogs and had more than enough room. The hot tub was a hit! The extras touches we loved were the projector to watch movies on the wall, fale fire places in the rooms, beautiful open kitchen with everything you need, 3 showers, and of course the sauna. Would stay here again!
