My wife, nephew and I loved staying here. It was a pleasant experience. The house was large enough for our needs. The back patio and back yard is also very peaceful! The only detractor is that it is right on a major state road, so in most rooms of the house the loud whirring of cars can be heard. Not a big deal to us, though. Great value for the price, we will be back.

Had a fantastic stay! Dock was great for fishing or just sitting out there to relax. Host was very responsive and understanding, as we had got there a little later then expected. Everything was as decribed. Overall was great little place.

Great host and great place with all the amenities. Enjoyed being able to make coffee every morning and being so close to the marina. Everything was very clean and ready for our stay. Laurie's house was beautiful. The back porch and dock were amazing. It was the perfect location for a girl's weekend away. We spent most of our time outside or in the water. The kitchen was well equipped for making all of our meals.

This home was exactly what we were looking for for our family weekend gettaway. We love being able to go to the beach without staying at the beach. The beach was a short 20 minute drive but we were able to come home to the peaceful small town feel that Marshallberg offers. Our kids rode their scooters to the corner store every day, and we quickly made friends with all the neighbors while walking our dogs. The house was perfect and the backyard with that beautiful magnolia tree was amazing. The outdoor shower was perfect after a long day at the beach. Charles was quick to answer any questions I had and was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back.
