Cozy, small studio on quiet block. Near Main Street, Roundhouse, hiking, restaurants. Fully private space & entrance, shared backyard, new A/C, wifi. Walk everywhere. Queen-sized bed. BEFORE YOU BOOK - 200 year old house - hosts live upstairs and there is another guest apartment. You WILL NOTICE sounds from others. QUIET HOURS from 10 PM to 8 AM. Directly behind the house is Fishkill Creek and abandoned railway tracks (you can walk to Main St on them in 10 minutes). Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Dan's home is in a peaceful and private place. Great spot to get away from the "noise" but be within a quick short drive of Beacon or Fishkill, for whatever you need or want to do. The bedroom is a good space that's cozy with windows overlooking nature and a clean comfortable bed. Dan is a kind and considerate person who thinks about details like having a few things in the kitchen for his guests like fresh milk, coffee and even a late night snack if needed. It was a great stay and I would do it again.

The cabin was exactly as listed and MORE! The nature and privacy you have will make you feel as though you've been transported to a different universe. Paul was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and recommendations, as well as proactively checking in to make sure the stay was going well! 10/10 recommend!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay! I had an absolutely fantastic experience!! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal — close to great restaurants, local attractions, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It made getting around very convenient. Susan was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She provided excellent local recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and relaxing place to getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely and cozy! Great for a short stay, a short walk to the main street with all the shops. Peaceful and private backyard to enjoy tea and breakfast. Christina and Andre were incredibly responsive and additionally, flexible with check-out, which was super helpful so I didn't have to carry my luggage around until I caught my train. Great for a solo-trip or even a couple's retreat!
