The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

The lovingly furnished holiday flat, renovated in July 2023, is located approx. 6 km from the entrance to Göttingen, on the edge of the Harz Mountains. The flat offers space for a maximum of 5 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower & WC, two bedrooms and a small balcony. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a sofa bed for an additional person. Our guests have their "own" terrace, directly by the pond, with barbecue facilities.

We offer a cozy, renovated apartment in Göttingen (Weende). It is 4.9 km or 15 minutes by city bus, car or bike from the city. The clinic is 9 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. It invites you to hike due to its direct proximity to nature. It is the second-to-last row of houses to the field/forest. A hiking trail passes by. The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a large kitchen with sitting area, bathroom with shower and toilet. It has a large beautiful bedroom with sitting area (baby cot if needed), and a living room with modern sofa bed. In front of the entrance is a small cozy terrace.

The property is located in the center of Göttingen and is quickly accessible from the train station at 650 meters. Shopping for everyday needs is possible in the shortest distance. As well as strolling through the colorful Göttingen city center. Restaurant, cafes are easily accessible, as well as culture in the form of theater, cinema, clubs..... Check-in before 4:00 pm may be possible (just ask).

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
