Die Fussgängerzone von Trier und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar und liegen in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Universität ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle zur Uni liegt ca. 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Perfekt für Städtereisende, Luxemburgpendler ,Langzeitgäste sowie Dienstreisende und Urlauber.

Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is cozy with all the comforts (the bed is indeed very comfortable as other comments say :) and it’s in nature close to the river. The street is close, but it did not impact the feeling of being in the wild - it is still a very quiet area. Our cat Tikka was also welcomed and she enjoyed her time too :)

Brand-new studio along the Mosel

Die klimatisierte Wohnung ist in einem Neubau direkt an der Mosel gelegen, allerdings nicht mit Blick auf diese. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, wir haben uns da auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Kompliment hierzu. Zur Innenstadt muss man über die Mosel, bis zum Dom läuft man eine gemütliche halbe Stunde. Es fahren auch Busse, ich habe mich jedoch damit nicht beschäftigt. Der Kontakt zu Ghislain und Shannah war super, schnelle, hilfreiche Antworten und sehr freundlich. Um ein kleines Beispiel zu nennen, ich habe mein Duschgel vergessen, was mir nicht aufgefallen wäre, wenn ich sie mir das nicht geschrieben hätten. Mir wurde sogar angeboten, es mir per Post zu schicken. Ich finde so was nicht selbstverständlich und eine tolle Geste als Gastgeber. Alles in allem war das einzig Traurige, dass wir nicht mehr Zeit in der Wohnung hatten. Jedem Besucher von Trier kann ich diese Wohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Fijne plek met genoeg privacy en een behulpzame host. Het huisje blijft heerlijk koel, ook in de hittegolf tijdens ons verblijf. Met de auto ben je makkelijk in Echternach en omliggende dorpjes. Wij vonden het een aanrader!
