A unique guest house with modern facilities and very nice, neat and clean environment. It is a mid mountain house with a view of the main swat river. The house has a beautiful view of the mountains as well. There is lawn with nice sitting arrangements. This is good place for families with proper privacy normally not available in hotels. We can arrange BarBQ for the guests. Trout Fish can be arranged and cooked as well. Guided tours to the near by sightseeing spots. Free stay for drivers.

Aesthetically ornate, tasteful and unique. Comfortable sleeping spaces and inviting common space, Though I was traveling alone and needed only to sleep over for the night, the host’s elderly father was kind and interesting in company. Served me fresh cherries plucked from their lawns upon arrival at the place. The host’s father and family are in the same compound but different quarters so the place is ideal for tame (not wild friend groups to travel back through time, tradition abd style while camping inside this beautiful mehmaan khana of Centuries past

The location by the river was perfect. Dilp was attentive to all our needs and very responsive. Ghulam took the time to give us useful information to discover Kargil. Thanks both of you...The kitchen was great!!!

The place was located in the quiet residential area of central Skardu. The host is friendly and we could feel the local atmosphere. The room is a traditional guest room and very clean. The bathroom was attached to the room. Airport pickup is available but it's not free. I'll come back to his place again.

Perfect place to stay in Kargil! All the place make you feel so confortable...I found there more than I expected! Dormitory was very moderne and clean! Muzammil is really helpfull and welcoming host. He know so much about Ladakh and Cachemire and he will give you lot of good tips to visit the area and more...Don't hesitate!
