Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Enjoy the spacious living-dining area with transition from the threshing floor to the kitchen, perfect for social evenings. On your own terrace, you can sit quietly and have a cozy breakfast in the morning sun, for example. If you want to go to the sauna in the evening, our own sauna is at your disposal on request.

We rent our beautifully renovated basement apartment in Holtenau directly on the canal. Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.

Living on the estate

Outside of Kiels, the Marutendorf estate is located in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the farm's own lake.
