Rare find - central yet quiet - very friendly welcome and always available if needed (and only then, not intrusive). Quick replies to questions - Apartment sparkling clean, very bright, easily accessible, free parking directly in front of the house always available- - Location is perfect. Despite the central location, there is a lot of greenery all around. You can sit outside in the very large garden. Walking distance in 5 minutes to the city center and plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc. Nevertheless, quiet. Within about 30 minutes' drive of Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate with many attractions. - Ideal for 2 + 1 person. We will definitely book there again next time Thank you, Ursula

We were in Kindenheim with our dog for a dog show and made it a short vacation. We were delighted with the Probsthof, the Kemenate, the surroundings and especially Andrea and Siegfried, our hosts. We didn't expect so much warmth and commitment. The days flew by and we had far too little time to see everything worth seeing. We loved the stay. The location and space was perfect for our needs. The communication with the hosts was great. We would not hesitate to book again. We highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone who is looking for the small town charm and history of the wine region of Germany.

I felt really comfortable in Michaela's guest apartment and was provided with everything I needed. Staying at Frank's place is like a home coming. We have already booked again for later in the year. We truly love the apartment and the garden. The apartment is warm and cosy and incredibly well equipped and there is plenty of space to be and to relax. The garden is so pretty and a real treasure well hidden away and so well maintained.

The directions were precise and accurate, when I arrived at the apartment I was impressed with how clean and beautiful it was. The sector is very quiet and safe. It’s very central to everything. Thank you very much to the hosts for allowing me to stay at their accommodation, I will return without thinking about it. The place is 10/10

The apartment is nicely decorated and corresponds to the pictures, only minor blemishes, e.g. on the shutter boxes. The surroundings are very central, but the bedrooms are located in the backyard and therefore you hardly notice the hustle and bustle on the square in front of the house.

This is our second time staying here. Everything is tiptop clean, uncomplicated and quiet. We felt comfortable here. Thank you!

That was the nicest apartment I've been to so far. Absolute all-round carefree package. Bedding, towels, coffee, tea, hairdryer, books, toys, aaaaall there. An absolutely beautifully furnished apartment. Immediately to feel good. The bathroom has a magical bathtub that can be used wonderfully by two, just like the large shower. Absolutely friendly and accommodating contact. I'd love to come back here. Thank you.

Isabel is an excellent host and very committed to making her guests happy. We had a super relaxing and private weekend. The location is excellent. You are in the city with lots of restaurants in a few meters and also quickly in the countryside. We even got a map. The accommodation was also superbly located for our dogs and they could move freely inside and outside, as the outdoor area is fenced and not very visible. There was even a free snack for our little ones on the day of departure. The little ones were very happy. Great recommendation for dog owners. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of sparkling wine with fruit and everything was available, even toothbrushes, games, coffee and more. In the morning, Isabel also provided us with rolls including spread. Thank you for the relaxing and restful weekend.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

The stay was great. The location was both close to the center, and very quiet. The proximity, e.g. to Strasbourg by car, is also great. The apartment is as described in the advertisement. Tugba was very friendly and always quickly accessible. I would be happy to come back.

Verena and Marc were absolutely wonderful. They were always available to help with anything I needed and truly made me feel at home. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and very well taken care of. If I ever return to Mainz, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The place is super nice, with a unique view of the countryside and the sunset. Especially the combination of hot pot and sunset more than convinced us. In addition, you are directly in the green and have the choice of several small or larger routes that you can walk without having to move the car. If you have an issue, the host will take care of it and the apartment is also very child-friendly. We will definitely recommend and will be happy to come back 😍
