We loved Per's place! It has a beautiful garden and is located in a small, friendly village. The surroundings are stunning with the sea sea nearby, the nearest just 9 minutes away. Then the place itself is complete and comfortable. it has all it needs and the house has this warm, unique atmosphere. We were very happy and satisfied with our stay in Kalavasos, highly recommended.

Nice place fully related to the description, with good view, warm bedrooms and good place to cook and spend time with friends on bbq area or near the pool.

The villa was gorgeous! Even more spacious than it looks in the photos show. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 small children and it was more than enough space with a main bathroom and large en suite, plus a huge living area. We loved the outdoor seating spaces and playing in the pool. Alexis was the perfect host, always quick to reply and answer any queries. We couldn’t find a plug for the bath which we needed for the kids so Alexis arranged to have one delivered the next day! We enjoyed the twin arches restaurant, the Buccaneer pub and visiting Kourion beach.

Absolutely great deal for a getaway stay outside of the noisy Limassol. We really enjoyed our 2 nights in this very cozy and clean house. Thanks hosts for keeping this 240 year old house in such a great condition.

We had a wonderful 10 days in August at the villa with our two boys. It sits in a private village about 2min drive / 10min walk into the bay area. As every day was HOT, we often had breakfast on the beach and swam til mid-morning, and then went back to the villa to use the pool. The pool was wonderfully warm and the villa spacious and clean. The view from the villa over the bay is great, and a nice way to watch the sun or moon rise! We made good use of the BBQ. Mario is the main contact locally and he was also responsive when we arrived late evening and had a bit of difficulty opening the door (turn the key all the way anti-clockwise!). There were only a couple of minor things that could be improved, and these have been communicated to Haresh. The main one was that there needed to be more cutlery and cups/glasses. Pissouri is a great location, and is not over-run with tourists. Definitely recommended!

The service was great! We immediately had a response to everything we asked for, the house was accessible and comfortable, it was spacious and the house looks better than the pictures, it is big and serves you fully. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back again in a month

We had a fantastic time at the house! Furkat was always ready and available. We had a few issues with the AC as the apartment was new but Furkat was able to arrange to have the issue resolved very quickly (on a Sunday in the middle of August). Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality!

I really enjoyed staying at Andrea’s place, the house is very big, green nice territory, lovely hosts. Will definitely come back!

The word that comes to mind is ‘Sanctuary’. I have been to Pissouri Bay many times over the years as I grew up on the British Military base at Akrotiri. This has got to be the best experience I’ve had staying at a property in Pissouri Bay. The property was clean and well equipped and the gentle wash of the ocean could be heard as we sat and had drinks on the terrace in the evening as it was so peaceful. We are definitely coming back. A beautiful villa, equipped with all the equipment (and kitchens amenities) that guests need on vacation, in a beautiful location facing the view and cliffs of Pissouri. Ladi recommendations and directions were spot on.

A very pleasant experience. The house is spotless, clean and well-equipped. The pool and yard are amazing with a partial view of the sea. A wide yard invites you to play sports in the evening. Quick check-in and check-out, and of course Lefteris was available for any request.

We had a quiet relaxing time at Alan‘s beautiful home, Costa was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We warmly recommend this place for families and friends

The house is typical of the area, well renovated, super pretty. The outdoor area with the covered terrace, bougainvillea and pool is fantastic. The house is divided into 2 units of 2 guests. Since there were 3 of us, we had all the space to ourselves.

Jo and Kyriakos were extremely friendly right from the start. The house was as described and in my opinion better than the photos on the listing itself. The house is in a very private location with beautiful natural scenery all around. The house was in a very good location if you have a car. The swimming pool was fantastic! Finally, having Jo and/or Kyriakos close by, available on a short term notice, was extremely helpful. Jo's recommendations and local knowledge were extremely helpful! Absolutely outstanding guest experience! I will start from the fact that the host was amazing – always available, pleasant, caring and attentive to any question or request, with a warm attitude that is really not obvious. The villa itself is huge, spacious and luxurious. Every detail has been carefully designed – it feels like everything has been thought of here. Nothing was missing, not even the smallest things. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, with everything you need – just walk in and feel at home. The living room is very large and cozy, ideal for relaxing evenings, including a smart TV and strong WiFi. The air conditioning system worked great, and there was always hot water in the showers. The rooms and toilet were brilliant with cleanliness – just right. The sheets and towels were clean, and really boutique folded. The pool – just a dream: very big, clean, with excellent temperature water. Outside there are comfortable sitting areas, a BBQ area is invested. The place is very accessible, quiet and private – perfect for those looking for peace and relaxation. There is private parking inside the villa plus lots of parking available on the street. Arrival was very simple – about35 minutes from Larnaca airport and about20 minutes from the center of Limassol. I would definitely come back Suitable for a group and also a family(families with children- the pool is not fenced) Thanks a lot!
