Rest and relaxation at 1,250 m above sea level - with an enchanting snowy landscape in winter and wonderful natural impressions in summer. The ski and hiking area is right outside the front door.

Gorgeous Chalet with amazing lake view

Gorgeous Chalet is located on the quiet and all-day sunny side of Lake Bled. You will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation (very close to the lake and beautiful nature that surrounds the house). It is one of few private properties in Bled suitable for larger families/groups, plus it has a large private parking. Guests will receive Bled Julian Alps card, which offers many benefits (mobility, sights, activities, catering services and more).

Alpine House 1100 (whole house/sauna/bbg/garden)

The house has one of the most unique locations to explore Bohinj/ Triglav National Park. Guests often say they got exactly what they were searching for - an unforgettable experience in an Authentic Alpine House with peace and quiet that are guaranteed to relax you... a private big Garden with a BBQ area, Firepit, Swings, Trampoline, Kids toys/Sand, Netfix and Board games are all available for you when you will return from your Bohinj day trips/hikes.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable in our chalet. Since we also use it ourselves, it is very lovingly furnished and decorated - as you can see from the photos. Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
