It is a spacious space where you can relax comfortably, and it is 3 minutes from Gumi 1.2 Industrial Complex and Gumi IC, and 7-8 minutes from Gumi Government Complex, Gumi Station, and Intercity Terminal. Those on business trips can use it comfortably as if it were their home. There are E-Mart, Homeplus, and Lotte Mart within a 1-minute walk. There are plenty of nearby amenities, so it's a great place to stay. Geumo Mountain and Park Jung-hee's birthplace are 10 minutes away, so it would be nice to come to tour. Great location. Plenty of restaurant nearby. I was doing my cycling trip and spend night here. Really feel like home. The room / house is clean and spacious.
