The Caddy Shack ⛳️ RV, EV Trailer Parking, Pets Welcome, 🦌 + ☕️ = amazing! Welcome to The Caddy Shack. Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees.
