The experience was truly spectacular. To be highlighted: the location of the apartment; the incredible views, both of the sunrise from the bedroom and the sunset from the living room, and last but not least, Gonzalo's service, who was always attentive to every detail. I went with my partner and we both agreed that we would come back a thousand times.

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, in the best area of Mar del Plata. All its rooms have a direct view of the sea, which allows you to enjoy the place at all times. The building staff is very friendly and Alvaro, the host, is impeccable. In the area you will find everything you need to enjoy a stay in the city, supermarkets, pharmacies, gastronomy, bars, cafes, etc. I would definitely come back!

I 100% recommend this place. To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is INCREDIBLE. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. We loved everything! The house is divine! Everything is tasteful and clean. Very comfortable, well furnished, bright, good ventilation. Safe (it has an alarm). The neighborhood where it is is super quiet, zero noise. It has a huge and beautiful garden. The shower outside is very practical for getting rid of the sand. The beautiful gallery, you can see the sea and dreamy sunsets. It's 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, super family-friendly and pet-friendly. We went with our little dog and she was well received! It has an ice cream shop and chairs for the beach!! We were received with a 10! A beautiful experience in Chapadmalal.

Our stay did not turn out to be what I expected and Martin was very willing to solve the problems. That's why it deserves the best rating. Very nice apartment facing the coast, lots of light and a large window with a wide ocean view. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from downtown and on Camet Avenue, which is very busy.

Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet area of the city. Easy access to the various points (beaches, rest, coastal) without being in the center. It has 3 beaches nearby that you can walk without problems. The building is very well maintained. Communication with José is excellent. Always ready for a great stay. For 4 adults it is a little fair if you are used to large environments. The use of the pool is until 5pm. The gym as well as the pool, are charged per day or week. In short, we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!
