This beautiful apartment is on the 7th floor of a very quiet and well-kept residential complex in the beautiful three-country town of Passau. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house for cars or bicycles. By car, you can reach the main train station in 9 minutes. By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

Our stay at the place was very nice. We were personally and very warmly welcomed on the first evening and Christian showed and explained everything to us. The place is very stylish and cozy and many small details were thought of. From slippers to a hot water bottle, everything is available. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. :-)

Christine was an amazing host. We did not meet her in person, but Christine was very friendly and accommodating. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The bus stop is practically at your doorstep and in a good 15 minutes you can get to the city center. The place is nicely decorated and you feel right at home. The large balcony is nice and cozy. Thank you for everything :)

We have stayed in many airbnbs. This was one of our very favorites. The apartment is spacious and light and very tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The location was superb. I would recommend this spot without any hesitation. We would change nothing about our stay, and are already making plans to stay here again in the future. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful cottage located on the outskirts of the city. Very quiet! Had my bike with me and did everything by bike except shopping. I have a conventional bike with a hub gear and quickly found the right way without a tedious climb for me: on the street in front between Aral and Aldi, turn left, at the end it goes down to the Inn to the hydroelectric power plant. You can cycle into the city in a nice relaxed way and the climb back is also quite manageable.
