Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gangnam District

Very comfortable stay. The place was in immaculate condition and not a single dust in sight. It is a little bit of a stroll to the train station but this is not an issue as there are so many things to explore on the way. Also taxi's are very cheap in Korea so didn't really effect us. Quiet neighbourhood with hidden gems to explore and GS, Emart, 7/11 literally 30 seconds away. Thank you for your kind instructions and guidance during our trip.

The location of the property is very good - there is a walkable neighbourhood with many local and authentic businesses nearby, as well as a major train station with a supermarket and shopping centre only five minutes away. There is a 24 hr 7/11 across the road which was very convenient for late night food! The property was very clean and well maintained, plenty of towels, good AC & a clean and modern kitchen. There is not much noise at night at all, and the beds are very comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind and helped us in choosing transport, and the property is accessible by taxi so very easy to get to and from the airport!

Wesley es muy amable. El alojamiento está perfecto, justo lo que necesitaba después de un día por Seúl, techo, ducha y cama, me ha resultado cómoda la estancia. La ubicación es fantástica, estás en Myeongdong, facilidad para moverte en transporte y la Torre Namsa la tienes en muy pocos minutos. Lo único malo son las escaleras de entrada pero era algo que ya sabía así que ningún problema. Gracias Wesley por permitirme alojarme en tu casa.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as pictured in the photos. The hosts are also super responsive to messages and questions. The neighbourhood ended up being one of our favourites in Seoul with so many great bars, cafes, and restaurants to choose from. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends or family that are visiting Seoul!

I’m so glad we chose to stay at KJ and Paul’s place! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the subway, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cafes, and perfectly nestled in the heart of Bukchon Hanok Village. Staying here offers a truly unique experience, with Gyeongbokgung Palace and Insadong both nearby for easy exploring. The house itself is peaceful at night, and we slept so well thanks to the comfortable beds and cozy comforters. I really appreciated the little touches, like the filtered hot and cold water, and the overall cleanliness of the space. KJ and Paul went above and beyond with their local recommendations—we didn’t even have time to try them all! The home’s decor is another highlight. KJ clearly has an eye for design, and we loved the quirky, creative touches throughout the house. It made our stay feel extra special and memorable. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Seoul!😊

나중에 옥탑방 살면 이런느낌일까하구 생각이 들었어요!!! 진짜 너무 이쁘게 꾸며져있고 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 사진보다 실제가 더 예뻐요 ㅎㅎ햇살이 들어오는 창가랑 옥상 테라스 덕분에 하루 종일 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었어요!! 침구도 뽀송하고 냄새 하나 없이 깨끗했네용 자연광도 너무 이쁘고 따스해서 남자친구랑 너무 행복하게 보내써용 커플 여행으로 추천! 다음에 또 오고 싶을 만큼 만족스러웠어요 :) 호스트 분 응대도 친절하고 체크인 안내도 자세했습니당

The apartment has a nice rooftop area, it is close to many amenities and eateries. It was good to be so close to Seoul station for travelling on the metro. The accommodation was a nice place to stay after exploring. It has a great view of N.Seoul Tower. Was just enough space for a family of 3 in my opinion. It is a nice touch having the projector. Hyonsung was prompt and polite with messages. The apartment overall was good 👍

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hanok-Haus war eine durchweg positive Erfahrung und bleibt uns in bester Erinnerung. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet – traditioneller Charme trifft hier auf modernen Komfort. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die besondere Atmosphäre, die durch die stilvolle Einrichtung und die harmonische Gestaltung entsteht. Besonders angenehm war, dass es an nichts gefehlt hat: Klimaanlagen und praktische Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Reiskocher waren vorhanden. Massagesessel auch. Alles sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die fast zwei Wochen, die wir hier verbringen durften, waren geprägt von Ruhe, Entschleunigung und einem Gefühl von Zuhause. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt und Blick fürs Detail gearbeitet wurde. Wer ein authentisches, aber zugleich komfortables Erlebnis in einem Hanok sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Apartment was very clean, and location was in close proximity to many restaurants, bars, clubs, convenience store, global atm, Olive Young, Daiso, etc. Even though the location is in a very busy area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet at night. Host was very responsive throughout the stay. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

とても素敵なところだったので、機会があればまた泊まりたいです！親切でとても良かったです。以下、宿泊の参考にしていただければと思います。 ・フェファ駅が最寄り駅です。フェファ駅から行くと道のアップダウンなく、家までわかりやすく、容易に着けます。(東大門駅や鍾路5街駅も歩いていけますが、少しだけフェファ駅より遠く、アップダウンが少しだけあります。) ・東大門総合市場というバス停が東大門駅と鍾路5街駅の間くらいにあるので空港⇔家の行き来もわかりやすいです。 ・家は写真の通りきれいでおしゃれです。清潔に保たれており、好感が持てます。 ・レンジ、ポット、食器、カトラリー、お鍋、包丁などや食器用洗剤もあります。 ・洗濯機も使用できますが、洗剤は持っていってください。 ・バルコニーもあり、そこで食事も楽しめます。 ・周辺は治安が良く、とても静かです。 ・フェファ駅周辺から家までの間にスターバックスやCU(コンビニエンスストア)があり、便利です。カフェやおもち屋さん、パン屋さんなどもあります。 ・バスルームにはドライヤーも準備されています。ボディーソープとシャンプーもあります。歯ブラシは持参してください。 ・ホストが近くのお店のオススメを教えてくださったり、部屋の使い方もメッセージで送ってくださいます。質問はすぐに返してくださったり、お願いした物をすぐ準備してくださいました。親切で丁寧でかつお返事もすぐくださるので助かります。

房間很舒適，像家一般的溫暖，地點方便，但是只有樓梯，搬運行李有點吃力

The flat is amazing and filled with everything you need from kitchenware to washing machine. The location is amazingly central. Plus Jason is a great host, responding quick and very flexible in terms of luggage storage and help. Highly recommended and would visit his place if I am back in Seoul again.

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Nous avons pu profiter de l’appartement durant plus de 10 jours lors de notre séjour à Seoul et l’appartement est devenu comme notre seconde maison. Ultra pratique, bien situé par rapports aux transports en commun, proche des centres d’intérêts touristiques et de commerces. Hôte a immédiatement répondu à nos questions de manière claire. Appartement disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un super séjour et proche de la gare (le bruit des trains n’est pas gênant si les fenêtres sont fermées). Accès direct au métro et à la gare. Nous ne pouvons que vous le recommander pour votre séjour .

The room was nice and exactly as advertised. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

为了看演唱会选择了这里，里kspo五站，只需要二十多分钟，打车十四分钟，出行特别方便，除了走路到地铁站有一点点距离外（大概十分钟路程），交通完全没问题，入住也很顺利，有电梯，行李箱可以方便搬运，房东沟通特别及时，入住空调不够冷，立马就买了新的电风扇，让我有了好的睡眠，入住很顺利，还有一个优点，房间很宽敞，两个大行李箱可以完全展开，睡觉也很安静

Jag är jättenöjd med min vistelse i Lilys airbnb. Det var nära till stan vilket var härligt. Det kändes även tryggt med området när jag reste ensam. Jag trivdes bra, det var fint och städat och lägenheten var mysig. Jag är tacksam för att jag hade möjligheten att bo där en vecka. Jag har inget dåligt att anmärka. Allt stämde överens med beskrivningen.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme mais vivant, idéal pour découvrir la ville, proche du métro et des lignes de bus . L’hébergement est confortable, spacieux , lumineux , et très bien équipé. Il est accessible par ascenseur . Les consignes sont extrêmement bien expliquées. Nous avons apprécié le panier gourmand offert à notre arrivée après un long vol de nuit , une attention très agréable. L’hôte a été réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !
