A real gem! Roshani & Sugat are wonderful hosts, going above & beyond to make sure I got the best experience of Kathmandu. The house is clean, comfy and welcoming. Location is central but away from the crowds of Thamel tourists and gives a real insight into people's lives here. Highly recommended. I'll be back next time I stay in Kathmandu!

Badhra and his family has been a real pleasure to live with for a month! They were extremely accommodating and helpful to my every need and was always somewhere around when I needed help. I had a room with an entire terrace with an amazing view of Pokhara and you can also see the stupa from there. It’s nice and quiet so I had very restful nights. Only about a 10minute walk to the Main Street where most things are, but well worth it considering noisy there. I liked waking up to the sound of birds and local people of a peaceful neighbourhood. Most of all, badhra was an amazing trekking guide! Full of humour and dad jokes, he made my ABC trek experience extraordinary. He is extremely experienced as he has been doing it for almost 30 years and well connected with the locals along the trek. He organised the trek according my my personal needs and was flexible in the schedule even during the trek. Everyone was telling me how lucky I was to have such an energised guide! Thank you badhra! 🤟🏽🙏🏽❤️

The house is kept neat and clean, and the host is very friendly. Next time I will stay there too.

Großartig! Sehr sauber. Super gastfreundlich. Tolles, gutes, local Essen. Die Familie ist nett. Zimmer sogar mit Schrank, Fliegengitter und genügend warmen Wasser. Das Essen, das frisch gekocht wird ist hervorragend. Alles ist möglich. Bhadra und seine Familie sind sehr bemüht, dass es jedem optimal gefällt. Sie sind aber auch nicht aufdringlich. Bhadra ist ein erfahrener Guide und wir haben spontan eine drei Tage Tour mit ihm gemacht. Mit unseren zwei Kleinkindern. Die war einfach nur toll. Bhadra hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns sogar mit Tee umsorgt und früh aufgeweckt, da das Himalaja Panorama Atemberaubend war. Vielen Dank Bhadra! 5 Sterne 🖒🖒🖒

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and it was a good experience. The location was ideal, close to nature and the central road. The room was clean and had everything i needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, I recommend this Airbnb.

We stayed at this place in the month of August for three nights. We booked Tree pie and Whistling Thrush during our stay. Both rooms were great. Tree pie was very beautiful from inside (it even had a fridge) where as Whistling Thrush had a great view from its Balcony. Though Neha has mentioned in place description, Magpie retreat is almost at the top of the hill and road leading to the place is very steep. The food here is yum and homely at the same time. Staff is very courteous specially Mohit the caretaker. We had our driver with us and with very nominal fee they give accommodation and food to our driver which was great Since it was raining most of the time and Magpie is on a hill top. Another good reason to book this place is Neha herself, she is a wildlife photographer and if she is in the property during your stay she can guide you to jungle trails and also you will get free insight of her adventurous life and few very good stories as well.

We've stayed in a few Airbnbs in Lucknow and this one was by far the best. Even better then the listing. Walking distance to the metro, awesome stocked kitchen, and a washing machine that I wasn't expecting. The host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out was easy and simple. Anuja’s home in every sense of the word is “home away from home” During our short 2 nights stay we were invited to a birthday party in the garden, made friends with folks living in the neighbourhood & got a lot of local insights . Anuja is extremely passionate about nature & conservation, One morning we went for a hike with her inside the Sattal forest and learnt about the flora & fauna. . About the home The home is located on the Bhimtaal by-pass road, the location is easy to find & centrally located for those who want to explore Bhimtaal. . Bhimtaal lake is 20 minutes easy walk, Sattal forest is a 35 minutes walk / 10 mins drive. . The market is walking distance with nice restaurants. The garden is beautiful. The one thing to bear in mind that house is located on the road side which means there is traffic. We stayed in the first floor room & in spite of the busy area we slept like a babies. . Overall, we really enjoyed our stay & are glad to have stayed at Buransh at Bhimtaal.

The Buransh is so conveniently located to everything you want to do in an around Bhimtal. We are a family of 4 + senior citizens who stayed at this home. With Sattal on one side (6kms away) and Bhimtaal on the other (2kms away), you can plan your holiday well spaced between adventure activities for children like kayaking, boating, forest walk to a natural spring etc. There are many possibilities to roam about and come back to this cozy home environment. The property itself is well managed. Anuja ji takes care of very small details and ensures you are comfortable. My father wanted to come back and stay at this place for a whole month! The in-house cafe is a great advantage of you let the host know timely about your food requirements and if you are a responsible guest:) The rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are good with toiletries and bath linen provided. A small kitchenette with a fridge is available for use by guests which we found to be a valuable addition. We hope to come back and stay here very soon, once again!

I visited this beautiful bnb with my friends. The view was amazing the best part was the open area and the lighting. Rooms were reasonable at the price. The owner provided us with great hospitality. He maintained a a good friendly vibe making our stay kore peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

One day wasn’t enough . This place is absolutely beautiful and located far away from the city. There are no houses nearby . So it’s very peaceful . The place was clean and well maintained. The place even smelled good. The room was spacious and the two big windows giving access to the wonderful view sitting on the bed . The bathroom was spacious too . There is an attic , kitchen, garden and a outdoor seating area. If you want you can cook or order food in the property itself . We ordered our food there and it was very delicious too . There is a big screen Tv in the common area . Being a nature lover we loved taking a stroll in the property’s garden where so many different flowers, fruits and veggies were planted . The hosts were very friendly and always there to help . There are two cute dogs in the property. One of the best stays.

Great stay at this place. Cleanliness was at par. Great experience of excellent hospitality by Mr Shani who was handling the property and made extra efforts to make us comfortable. He was very polite and helpful and made our stay pleasant and worthwhile. Will recommend this place to everyone.

Alok was super helpful (probably one of the most helpful hosts I have ever met through airbnb)! The apartment can be a little tricky to find at first but Alok came out to meet me. The room was large and clean, with a table and chair to use for working. Like many visitors, I was staying in the apartment before heading the Nepal. The location is great for that: 10 minutes tuk tuk ride to the train station or 10 minutes to the bus station. Within 5-10 minutes walk you can find places to eat. The WiFi was pretty good most of the time although if you need to work during your stay I recommend having a back up (sim card with data). I teach classes so that's important for me! As someone else mentioned, there are a few mosquitoes but you can use the ceiling fans to keep them off you while you sleep and there is a plug-in anti-mosquito device too. I would happily stay here again if I were to make the same journey.

Perfectly appointed apartment. Peaceful and green. We did have quite a few mosquitos the first night but Rahul was quick to respond and help. Very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms was very convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

Loved staying at this cozy place. Location was far from hustle of the city with picture postcard view. Hosts were very welcoming and the home cooked food was cherry on the top.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, everything was perfect and they allowed us early check-in too. The host's brother was very helpful and attentive whenever we needed any Help. Host's father (uncle ji) was very friendly and had interesting stories to share with us. Whenever we are in Lucknow, this will be our go to stay :) Thanks alot for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Kudos to Prerna and Family for being the best host.

I stayed at this Airbnb for a day, and I must say — it was one of the most peaceful and refreshing getaways I’ve had in a long time. The space was incredibly comfortable, and the entire room had such a calm and cozy vibe. The beautiful and thoughtfully detailed interior design added a special charm to the stay... The silence of the surroundings, broken only by the gentle chirping of birds and the occasional sound of a passing train, created a perfect balance between serenity and life. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and fully functional, and the television worked perfectly, adding to the comfort of the stay. Every little detail felt well thought out and taken care of. If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend retreat with your loved ones, this place is a hidden gem. Would definitely recommend and love to visit again!
