Ca 600 meter till Malmö centralstation. 10 minuters gång till bad samt saluhallen i Malmö. Ca 25 minuters gång till lilla torg. 2 minuter till Ica Maxi Västra Hamnen. Hiss till lägenheten. Ingen TV. Balkong med kvällssol sommartid. Svalt inne sommartid. NO SMOKING NO ANIMALS. Lämna lägenheten städad. Minst en i sällskapet ska ha fyllt 25 år.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.
