This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. The home is in an amazing village and is so peaceful and beautiful with great views. The location is very accessible to fun hiking trails. Lousã is good to stock up on groceries. The home has good wifi and the bottle of wine the host left was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise. We really liked sitting on the patio having food and wine and just taking in all of the surroundings. I have never been somewhere so unique. Such a special place.

Amazing property and view. We had a terrific time. The property worked great for our group. Best sunset! Marco and his crew were extremely responsive. Driving in the Douro Valley is not for the faint of heart. We had a ball!

The apartment was perfect, the area was quiet, 2 minutes from the beach, there were good restaurants nearby and the apartment matched the description provided. We would recommend it!

Fantastic location and the house has everything you need. So many great touches I did not expect like bodyboard, toys, bbq etc Kitchen was stocked with coffee etc and had all the utensils for a great family feast.

Amazing house, extremely cozy and beautiful. The territory feels very private with the beautiful pool. We used the bbq which was nice. Creative and aesthetic interior. So pleasant host. No words, it was just perfect 🔥

Fernando was always there for us, but also left us very private, the house was nice, bedrooms fine, and a very nice garden. in the morning there were fresh rolls, and the house was well equipped. We felt very welcome and had a good week.

Mario and Cila’s home was one of the most beautiful I have stayed out. The house was an old olive oil mill, converted into a modern paradise. They thoughtfully incorporated the property’s history into the renovation. The home is beautiful but the grounds are next level! There is a running stream running along side and under the house with lush grounds and a wonderful pool. There is also a walking path to a little park with a waterfall! Super peaceful property. If you are looking for a getaway, look no further! Mario and Cila are super kind, gracious hosts! They welcomed us themselves and proactively provided tips and recommendations. Super appreciative of their hospitality.

Absolutely a perfect find. Peaceful. Well equipped kitchen, toiletries. Home made jam and honey. Aveiro a nice place to visit. Also the painted houses on the coast. Margarida is a superhost indeed.

if I had to find a downside to this stay, it would be the mosquitoes. The rest was all great. The host was super friendly, attentive and recommended many places. The house, besides being beautiful and very clean, was also full of things at our disposal. We have been to many accommodations and from several different countries, and we have never seen anything as complete and welcoming as this place. I recommend it 100%, the price is a bit expensive but when we arrived I understood that it was totally worth it. our little dog also liked it a lot :)

A genuinely perfect holiday home. Stunning location, wonderful pool, amazing to have a grass 5-a-side football pitch for the kids. Host was helpful, flexible and kind.

Beautiful location, right next to the river and the mill. Bruno was a communicative and helpful host. It's very small, as it says in the description, but for 2 nights was ok.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

The house is super nice and cozy, the patio is not finished but it's great to have a place to put the car. The house looks new, there is a little smell of humidity due to the humidity itself, but it is normal for the area, even so the stay was very pleasant, with everything you need in a very quiet area. Ana's service is a 10, a kind, attentive and thoughtful person. 100% Recommended stay. Thank you Ana and family❤️.

Very clean and tidy house, fragrant With plenty of fresh air, with good space, I recommend it for total rest. It could have a swimming pool in the house, it was ideal for a summer vacation

Sergio and his wife were great. They were waiting for us.. They had prepared a welcome basket with local wine, fruit, mermeladas. They gave us recommendations on where to go for sightseeing. We could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommended. We will stay again if we visit this region in the future Irene

This Airbnb is like a dream! Book immediately. It's an old house but the key elements have been renovated to give incredible comfort to the house. The views of the house are superb and the courtyard is very well maintained. We loved spending our aperitifs there! Hosts are always available and quick to respond to questions or missing items. And the welcome was nice and flexible. We needed the essentials for our 6-month-old baby and everything was there! We dream of coming back to stay longer!

"Like a big hidden object!" - So we have described and enjoyed the magnificent view over the rooftops of the port wine cellars, Porto's old town and the Douro again and again. The location of the apartment on the 4th floor in Vila Nova de Gaia is absolutely perfect and we just couldn't get enough! In the evening, there was (live) music from the WOW. OK, a bit noisy at times, as well as the street from below, but wonderfully lively. 😉 Everything was there, everything thought of, everything extremely comfortable, (beds great!) incl. various small attentions and Brenda was always directly available, inquired about us - great! We were able to park safely in the guarded parking lot right by the house (€25/24 hours), also super nice. Our absolute highlight for our round trip kick-off! Thank you very much! ❤️

Luisa's place is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a quiet part of Espinho, within easy walking distance of the beach and commercial center. Luisa was very responsive, and her friend Helena, who checked us in, was charming and extremely obliging (including my meeting us after we checked out so that we could pick up something that we left behind). All in all, a lovely place that I'd happily stay in again.
