Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

Bright, new 1-room apartment (non-smoking!) welcomes its guests with a lot of comfort. The main room has a sitting area, dining area, work area and a 140 cm wide bed. A small, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher invites you to cook. The bathroom, like the whole apartment, is completely new and modern. Parking (with 22 kW wallbox) in front of the house is easy and thanks to the ground-level access, the entire apartment is barrier-free.

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 square meters in size, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
