The 40 sqm apartment with 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800 m from Lake Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenberg cable car. The surroundings are therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini-golf course. Important: In November, the pool & sauna are usually closed for maintenance.

Live in the König's (King's) neighborhood. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Hohenschwangau, as a starting point to Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle. In 5 minutes you can reach Schwangau, the village of the royal castles with the castle brewery that spoils you with Bavarian specialties. The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
