Bel appartement, assez bien situé et bien arrangé ! Le baignoire extérieur est un plus appréciable ! Le logement est très bien agencé mais il est un peu plus petit que sur les photos. Nous recommandons !!

Previously booked this airbnb after a friend booked a similar airbnb next door to the current one last year when i came to Osaka. Really convenient and good pricing for an airbnb as its a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Overall a good experience too since they have amenities which are able to accommodate the trip for me and my friends and a host which is responsive and friendly to our needs

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

Yoko is a lovely and generous host who gives the perfect balance between being in contact and leaving you to your endeavors. She’s super friendly and helpful, met us outside the house when we arrived, gave us a tour with instructions on how to use appliances, and gave us some awesome local recommendations throughout our stay. The house is very close to Takeda station, which was perfect for our exploration around Kyoto. I personally recommend visiting her bar (SpicyHeart) beneath the house during your stay—it has a cozy and friendly atmosphere and Yoko is a great bartender, too! 10/10 best place to stay👏

Loved this beautiful and elegantly appointed house. Small zen gardens outside the large windows. We were only disappointed in the combination washer/dryer because of long cycles and the door stays locked for a long time to cool down. Keeping loads small works best. Even then be careful to allow plenty of time. Conveniently located to train and bus transit with many small stores close-by. In a clean small side street , so quiet and private, but near a major street and the river with great paved trails.

The owners are amazing hosts and have a lovely home. We like especially how the house is decorated with items for small children, making them a home away from home. Our 5 year old loved the play area and enjoyed himself very much. The house have everything you need to make a meal and clean up. The location is also very close to nearby cafes and amenties. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Fantastic Airbnb house in a very convenient location in Uji, just minutes walk from the subway station and supermarkets are literally across the road. Beautiful traditional Japanese house with wood fittings all around and tatami mats, very comfortable. Lovely memories of this house. Chikashi is an excellent host. He explained everything in detail when I arrived. Very kind and gentle man. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Kyoto.

Parfait logement à 250 m de la gare ! Très bien décoré et typique japonais ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Notre hôte nous a permis de déposer nos valises plus tôt et je lui en remercie . Juste un point à améliorer : il n’y avait n’y fer à repasser n’y défroisseur . Je pense que c’est une chose à prévoir pour le futur . Mais ça l’enlève rien sur la qualité du logement !! 😉 merci de France 🇫🇷 et à bientôt !

This small apartment is absolutely a hidden gem. Cery thoughtful use of space with design choices. Functionally, it had everthing we needed. The place was spotless. The home was walkable as well as right off the bus line, with a short trip to the train line. Stores and close restaurants came in very handy. I'd recommend staying here.

This lovely home was a delight to stay in. Lovely authentic touches, a great bathtub, good kitchen and serene and comfortable bedrooms. The neighborhood is great for biking, there is a nearby shopping street and plenty of conveniences. Emily and team were responsive, helpful and friendly. Were I to come back to Kyoto, I would absolutely stay again!

Beliggenheten var nydelig - et rolig og koselig område, men samtidig nær både kollektivtransport og restauranter, noe som gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt. Selve stedet var hyggelig, med en hjemmekoselig atmosfære som gjorde at jeg følte meg komfortabel med en gang. Verten var både vennlig og hjelpsom gjennom hele oppholdet. Alt i alt en god opplevelse, og hadde valgt stedet igjen ved en mulig neste gang. Tusen takk for et fint opphold🩷✨

This beautiful tea house felt modern yet classic and authentic. I was thankful there were multiple AC units in the home and power outlets. The host provided a closet complete with extra blankets and linens. If you’re not used to sleeping close to the floor then you’ll appreciate the extra supplies for comfort. Side note: The home is proximate to other great tea houses and so it requires that all guests walk lightly and speak with their ‘inside voices’ after hours. To note, minutes after checking in, an elderly neighbor kindly implored us that she had past issues with folks walking at night by the kitchen. Her kitchen is perhaps close to her bedroom. Thankfully we were not heavy footed and gladly took her preemptive advice. That night I could see what she was talking about. If you walk along the kitchen floor you’ll hear the subtle boom of each step if you’re not landing on your toes first. It’s a gorgeous home and was perfect for the 2 of us.

Loved my stay at this listing in Kyoto. It was very comfortable and I especially liked the bath. If you are not used to sleeping on the floor on futons, like I was, you’ll be happy to know that you quickly get used to it and they were quite comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet with a very easy access to the local subway station, which can connect you directly to the Kyoto station so it’s very convenient. The host was very kind over messaging and I would recommend this place to anyone and will most likely book it again when I return to Kyoto in the future.

Micky is a great host! One of a kind! From the first day that we exchanged messages till the last day of our stay, she has been nothing but responsive, kind and considerate! Her recommendations were AMAZING, considering that we are a relatively large group of 5 adults and 2 toddlers! She even went that extra mile to help us to source for activities that were suitable for our twins! Even after we had checked-in, she made sure that we were well settled and gifted us the yummiest belgium waffles the next day together with books suitable for our twins to read during their stay! My twins still calls her home the "pretty house"! The home was so cosy and perfect for our 6 nights stay! Imagine the space our twins had to play and run after each other! The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything that we needed for home cooked meals! The entire home was clean and there was also a vacuum cleaner provided! And if you have the chance, please book the private chef experience!! AMAZING!!

Mamoru’s wonderful traditional Japanese l home Nachiya was the highlight of our trip. We loved the traditional Japanese aesthetics and had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, drinks & snacks, and local recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
