For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Apartment Bürgkogel - the view of the mountains

The beauty of this apartment is the silence, the security and the view - you live in the alpine pasture area, where you can be directly inspired by nature. On the other hand, if you want to experience the society and culture of the region, you are in 5 minutes by car in the center of Kaprun, in 15 minutes in Zell am See, where you have an ambitious offer. If you want to go up the Kitzsteinhorn, then it's 2.5 km to the valley station from the apartment.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Obernock mountain farm

Our Obernock mountain farm is located at 1160 m above sea level and can be reached via a 4 km long, asphalt mountain road. The farmhouse, newly built in 2021, is located on the sunny Taxberg in Taxenbach, where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. All hiking areas (Dienten, Gastein, Rauris, Kaprun, Zell am See) are within 20 kilometers. We offer fresh "organic milk" from our dairy cows. Our animals can also be visited.

House Gold - the alpine hideaway

We are located in the Hohen Tauern, at the Grossglockner high alpine road in the calm village Fusch. Surrounded by nature but in 10 minutes in the centre of Zell am See or the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. Several hikings or bike tours start directly at the house or can be reached with a short cardrive. A lot of nature surrounded by the mountains of the Fuscher valley - arrive, take a deep breath and start your holidays!
