The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

There is a marina and fishing port, a charming tavern and a grill bar. Local Brewery with courtyard and several other eateries. The nature on Reersø is completely unique, and you can take a walk along the cliff or visit the beautiful and peaceful beach. If you fish, the peninsula is known for its unique trout waters. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely view.

Cozy and modern apartment of 50 m2 with private entrance (high basement) close to beaches, harbor, forest and Svendborg city center. It is possible to use the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. The apartment is bright and friendly with its own kitchen and dining area for 4 people, refrigerator with small freezer and full service. The apartment has 2 rooms. The first bedroom is a living room with a brand new sofa bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed. Please note that the 2 rooms have a shared exit.

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat.
