The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. The farm is for those who need to relax in quiet surroundings. You will be surrounded by idyllic Danish countryside, with access to the beach. The farm is refurbished to the highest standards, with 7 rooms housing up to 14 adults, and in addition, there are beds for 4 children. For the little ones, there are 2 travel beds. The big attraction is our activity hall where we have just installed a professional pickle ball court. In addition, there is also a table tennis table. In the lounge, there is a movie theater and pool table.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.
