Excellent stay in this clean, very pleasant and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city center for walking and free public transport on weekends. Underground parking is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without an elevator make you exercise. We'll come back

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure bliss. Nice studio in a very good location on the 4th floor, very well maintained and with all the comforts. Very close to the city center and buses and tram. To recommend

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

We had a great time despite the unpredictable weather at the end of April. Julie's house is fantastic. Really nice decor, and remarkable cleanliness in all the rooms and especially in the kitchen. When the sun finally made an appearance, we were able to enjoy the poolside terrace for lunch, a treat. We absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

Magical! The apartment is superb, as described in every way. Perfectly refurbished, tasteful, and very functional, everything is designed for the comfort of the stay. We've rarely had such a well-equipped Airbnb listing! Large closets too, very nice. The view is obviously absolutely beautiful, and direct beach access is very nice. In addition, this beach area is located right between the rocks (beautiful view at low tide) which makes swimming very easy right at the foot of the apartment. The location in Pornichet is very convenient, the city center and shops are not far away, the walk along the beach, just redone, is very pretty. Pleasant and smooth exchanges with Arnaud, flexible and efficient check-in and check-out. We left with great regret and hope to be back soon! One of our best Airbnb Experiences!

An excellent apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped for a great holiday. Philippe and Claire are perfect hosts who gave us such a warm welcome we felt really at home. The area is so good in all aspects with beach walks and great restaurants, you couldn't want for more. In all this is a great place to be and we will return.
