Merci beaucoup pour le prêt des vélos, cela nous a permis de découvrir la région le long de la Sambre, de superbes promenades à proximité ! Je recommande vivement !

Schöne Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone. Direkt über einem Biobäcker mit super Frühstück. Wir haben die schönen Tage genossen.

endroit vraiment magnifique! décoré avec goût, très propre, fonctionnel avec tout le confort. la cuisine et les salles de bains sont plus que équipées. des tas de petites marques d'attentions sont présentes dans toutes les pièces pour qu'on se sente vraiment chez nous. la communication avec Sarah passe très bien, elle répond rapidement à nos messages et essaie de nous satisfaire au mieux. nous recommandons ++++ et nous reviendrons

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Sie ist sehr nah am Bahnhof, und auch die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Esstisch, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist chic, und die Dusche ist komfortabel.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat Charm, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir hatten eine sehr angenehme und kurzweilige Abendunterhaltung. Sehr gerne werde ich wieder dort logieren. Michael hat ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant im Nachbarland, weitere Restaurants und Bars, ein Park, der Bahnhof und sämtliche Läden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig erreichbar.

Heel fijn verijf gehad! Het was allemaal tiptop in orde. De host reageert snel op vragen, het huisje was heel proper en alles was aanwezig! Precies zoals de omschrijving en zoals de foto's. Rustige omgeving, ideaal voor rust. We hebben er enorm van genoten!

excellent gîte! une vraie machine à remonter le temps dans les années 70 tout en gardant le confort moderne 🤩 plein de petites attentions de la part des hôtes dans quasi chaque pièce (je n en dis pas plus pour garder l effet surprise!), on se sent vraiment privilégiés. l accueil et le relationnel sont par ailleurs impeccables, merci à eux. les enfants ont adoré la pièce de jeux, les parents et grands parents aussi d ailleurs 😆 bref un excellent endroit pour qui veut vivre un séjour experientiel !

Logement très propre et bien rénové, avec tous les équipements utiles à disposition

C’est notre troisième séjour dans cette belle maison, et comme toujours, tout était parfait. L’accueil est chaleureux, le logement propre et très agréable. Un grand merci à Alain et Marie-Pierre qui nous ont gentiment proposé de rester l’après-midi, même si le départ était prévu à 11h, afin de profiter encore un peu de la journée. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Unsere 8 Köpfige Reisegruppe hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Laurence und Olivier. Es bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten auch bei Regenerischen Tagen keine langeweile aufkommen zulassen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und bietet sehr viele zubereitungsmöglichkeiten. Die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist vielseitig und die Natur Wunderschön. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wahrheit. Bei Fragen haben wir immer schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille. Le cadre est super et paisible. Le logement était très bien équipé et propre. Dominique est très accueillante et réactive.

Great spot cool balcony

We had an excellent stay in Charleville-Meziers. Remy’s apartment was located in the heart of town with many super bars and restaurants within a very short walk, as well as a couple of local museums celebrating the Ardennes and the poet Arthur Rimbaud. The apartment was very spacious, with a large lounge kitchen area, one bedroom with two beds and a spacious bathroom and separate toilet on the same floor, upstairs was the main bedroom with walk in shower and sink, we slept in the upstairs super king bed which was so comfortable and used the downstairs bedroom with walk in wardrobe as our changing room. Free parking was a 10min walk away, but we parked outside to drop our bags off and then moved the car. The apartment is on the top floor so be aware if doing stairs is a problem, although we were fine carrying our luggage up the once and down again at the end of our trip. If you’re traveling by train the station is only a 15min pleasant walk through town. A fantastic stay at The Duplex

It's a wow factor apartment with an amazing view of Hotel De Ville right out the window - especially beautiful at night. The apartment was on the 5th floor with an elevator with plenty of free street parking available at all times, no hassles there. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home easily. The bathroom was compact but practical and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable with room to hang and store clothing. A washing machine/dryer was in the unit as was and iron and ironing board. It was light and airy and smelt fresh and new each time you walked in. It's a great base to explore the surrounding areas and an easy 15 minute walk into the old town (Place Ducale) - plenty to do in the area. Geraldine was a super host, she greeted us and checked in on us during our stay, which was super nice of her. We were there on a Saturday so saw 5 weddings at the Hotel De Ville - very special.

Wunderbare Wohnung direkt an der Maas, perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad und Auto. In dem kleinen Garten hinter dem Haus kann man Frühstück und Abendessen in der Natur genießen und dabei den Schwalben bei der Jagd zuschauen. Die Wohnung von Francis & Catherine ist sehr zu empfehlen.

J ai été très bien accueilli de façon très sympathique en personne par Thomas. Il a toujours été disponible en cas de besoin entre ses activités professionnelles. Studio très propre, très agréable et lumineux avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Literie très confortable pour de bonnes et douces nuits. Je recommande ce logement très bien situé aux portes de l avesnois pour faire plein de belles balades sans oublier Avesnes où vous avez accès à pied depuis le logement. J y retournerais avec plaisir. Très bel endroit et Thomas est très sympathique et consciencieux.
