We quickly felt very comfortable in the apartment and made many great excursions from there. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed both the balcony and some beautiful sunsets. If we had questions, we were easily helped.

From the first contact to the stay itself, we noticed an excellent level of communication that assured us we were in the right place. The welcome was very warm and personal, with the entire space being thoroughly introduced to us upon arrival, which added to the feeling of well-being even more. The place itself is above standard – every detail was thoughtful and everything was equipped with the utmost care. Modern, fully equipped and new facilities create a warm and comfortable environment that guarantees a carefree stay.

Christian was a very friendly guy with a great dog - a puppy of golden retriever, which delighted all of us! We really appreaciated that when we came to the flat, there was a fire in the fireplace and it was very cozy and thoghtfull! thank you, Christian, we had a great time.

We were very satisfied in the apartment! There was nothing missing.. a travel cot was provided upon request. The apartment is beautifully large and especially the equipment in the kitchen was great! All kinds of spices, oil, coffee maker incl. Coffee, dishwasher including tabs, various dishes and more. That was really very convenient. The location of the apartment is also nice and you can go on foot perfectly to explore the Bavarian forest! :) Would definitely recommend the apartment to others! Thank you.

Kata's place is beautiful and even more breathtaking than it already comes across in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable and the beautiful details throughout the loft make the place unique. In my opinion, the loft could really be called a designer loft. A lot of attention to detail and everything was thought of. Communication was also always flawless and absolutely hassle-free! I would be happy to come back. A very clear recommendation!

The contact with Astrid was friendly. She was very helpful. Our dog was also welcome. Everything was ready for him. And the view of the Danube Valley is great.

This is our 3rd time staying here. My wife and I were relocating and this home was the perfect location for us. We had to make many trips to Passau for meetings (only a 25 minute drive). When it was time to relax we used the local Therme Heated pool resorts and sat in the garden. Schärding is only 25 minutes away which is another cute town to visit. Ashwani and Alexandria are the perect hosts and are very kind. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely home in a beautiful area. Car essential to get around but lots of great walks nearby.

I was only stayed in the apartment for two nights, but it was really great! You can easily reach the house on foot from the train station and are in the town center and shops for daily needs in no time. You can also quickly reach the beautiful surroundings of Rohrbach-Berg, Enjoyed my stay. I "only" wrote to the host because I was actually only in the apartment to sleep and everything was wonderful for that! Thanks to Armin for the uncomplicated accommodation!

The "Oasis of Peace" definitely lives up to it's name! I had a relaxing stay here enjoying the beautiful guesthouse and the peaceful countryside surroundings. The unique architecture of the apartment is really something special! The 3 saunas and 2 pools at the adjoining hotel were a great bonus as well. I visited without a car, and was able to get around with the bus, but a car is definitely better to have for access to restaurants and groceries. However, the surroundings are great for walks and the views are beautiful. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a restful stay!

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

A spacious and pleasant apartment, with a large garden and roof terrace (shared). The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Michaela is super attentive and resolves issues quickly.

The place is great! The maximum you can do with an attic apartment. Everything was great, smelled of cleanliness and detergent (detergent almost too strong). The host described everything well and in a timely manner and gave some recommendations. There was also nothing wrong with the accessibility. So I'd come back anytime. Clear recommendation. Very nice and modern furnished apartment. We were a total of 2 Adults and 2 children. In terms of size, it was perfectly adequate for the number. The complex is a bit outdated, which you absolutely do not notice in the apartment. It is renovated and very well equipped. You can tell that someone put a lot of thought into the decor. We thought it was very good that there were enough sockets and numerous possibilities to hang clothes or towels. The beds were also really great! Check in was absolutely hassle-free. We received a very accurate description of where we had to go and where everything could be found and in general the communication was very pleasant. The complex is really great with children. There is a small swimming pool in the basement and a large playground outside and the surrounding area of course also offers a lot of excursion possibilities. A clear recommendation from us!
